VERY CLEAN, WONDERFUL HEART BREAKFAST, FRIENDLY STAFF - WORTH EVERY DOLLAR We stayed here for a local basketball tournament. Check-in required photo id and $50.00 refundable incidental charge. The outside/ inside of the property, gym and pool are VERY VERY well maintained. The rooms are stocked with Dove lotion, hand soap, mouthwash, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Beds sheets clean and mattress comfortable. Every outlet and lamp worked I cannot stress enough how clean this place was. The breakfast topped everything off! eggs, sausage, pancakes, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, pastries etc.!! Staff was friendly - Milan checked us in, if we visit the area again, we will definitely make our reservation here! Thank you for such great service.

So loud you won’t actually sleep and the staff does nothing to fix it Horrible experience. First the rooms are NOT actually ADA compliant so if you have someone in a wheelchair expect for the bathroom to be inadequate. The rooms were clean though. Biggest issue was the noise!!!!! Our room was right across the breakfast area and on both Friday and Saturday nights rude guests stayed up until 2am having parties in that area. Despite asking the front desk to either curb the noise, move us rooms, or ask them to go to their rooms, nothing was resolved. So we paid to sleep at a hotel and didn’t actually get to sleep!!! Our room also was right next to the gym where high schoolers were bouncing balls at 11:30pm. The manager cannot be contacted despite calling the phone number the staff provided. I’ve stayed at over 60 Holiday Inns and this is by far the worst!! Simply put: don’t put guests in rooms across from the breakfast area and then allow uncontrolled noise until 2am! Terrible customer service.

Not for Sleeping - Come for the Party The noise was horrendous!! The front desk ineffective. There is no such thing as quiet hours it was party in the halls all night long. The ADA room met regulation but then they added things and that made them null. For example they added a hall mounted soap dispenser between the door and light switch so in a wheelchair you cannot get at the switch until you are well into the dark room. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and welcoming but the front desk people were just there.

Noise complaints not taken seriously Awful stay. The hotel has “quiet hours” starting at 9pm, but still allowed a large group to run up and down the hallways yelling until 2am. After three phone calls and two trips to the front desk, we were told the manager would not be available for several days, and staff is unable to do anything about the late night/early morning noise. This hotel is not for a person seeking a relaxing night of sleep. Would not recommend. Will not stay again.

Amazing hotel stay Hotel is newly renovated grate service very friendly environment. Lobby is very workable and breakfast was so nice. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and we will back this location again with our friends and family in summer vacation. Thanks again
