Hampton Inn West Covina The Hampton Inn can be seen on the feeder road. There are restaurants and a mall within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Free parking surrounds the hotel 10/10. Front desk 10/10. They were so friendly when I checked. I received 3 front desk texts within my visit, checking to see if everything was ok. Room and bathroom were clean 10/10. It was also a snug fit between the beds and the tv 5/10. A mini fridge and coffee maker. No microwave. The mattress was so hard 4/10. It was very uncomfortable. It was quiet 10/10 during bedtime. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing Front Desk Manager! I had booked a room at a DoubleTree and when I arrived at midnight, they told me that they were overbooked. So they had booked me a room at the Hampton West Covina. Along with that came a free night. Olivia the Front Desk manager worked tirelessly for almost an entire business day to get the DoubleTree to honor that free night for me. With a smile and a professional attitude she finally got me the credit! My whole experience at this hotel was amazing.

Good for a night or two We stayed here for a night after the Cruel World festival in Pasadena. Unfortunately, decent hotels in the Pasadena/Arcadia area were just too expensive, likely due to the festival taking place. So, we traveled a bit further to stay here - the price was right, and the Hampton Inn brand tends to be a go-to for very short stays like this. Overall, the room was clean, but also rather tiny as compared to other Hampton Inns we've stayed at previously. The bath products were the best bath products we've ever seen at any Hampton Inn, so that was a nice touch. The biggest down side we encountered was really the breakfast. The breakfast area is just much too small and gets crowded very easily. Everyone seemed frustrated and unhappy about this. Overall, we'd consider staying here again, but only if there are no suitable options in Pasadena/Arcadia to consider first.

Rough stay I usually stay at a Hampton hotel. The bed was so old it had dips where people lay, the carpet was stained, the furniture was dented an scratched. And it smelled like an old sock. Never again so disappointed _

Quick Cali Trip We love visiting California for many reasons. The sight seeing is amazing. The snow on the mountain tops allowed for great pics, while the temps were in the 70's. We will surely be returning for more fun.
