Clean kid friendly comfortable home away from home! The room was super clean. Beds were comfy. Pillows were soft. Air conditioning works well. The pool was not too cold. The hot tub was nice and warm. Staff was really good with our young children. They took time to make them feel like grown ups. The complimentary breakfast was a REAL breakfast! The coffee was hot- just what this tired set of parents needed!

Nice but they need to have someone check in to the pool area now and again The lady at the front desk was very nice the room was nice I was not able to enjoy the hot tube or have my 2 year old swim in the pool because of a group of unsupervised kids that kept splashing my toddler and purposely kept jumping in the water right next to him

General Manager is Amazing! Shout out to Ashley, the GM, for finding my son's blankie. She was prompt to call me back, thorough, and genuinely kind. Otherwise, we stay here each year for state baseball, and it's a nice place for the team. The have a nice pool and allowed the team to hangout and enjoy themselves in the conference room.

Very disappointing, Not up to standards We stayed for 1 night and that was enough. We were not informed that construction was going on so you could not enter the front door. We luckily found a spot in the full lot (since spaces were closed off). As we were trying to find n entrance (no signage directing guests where to go), we nearly got ran over by their shuttle driver that was flying through the lot. I finally found the side door which should be locked at all times, as full access to the hotel is through this door and the stairs but it had a rock wedged in the door so it was open. After getting in we could hear noise all the way down the hall from the reception area…this was 11 pm. Walked down to the the desk with 2 small kids and luggage and it was as if there was a huge party going on. After we checked in, off to the elevators. These sounded rickety and were disgusting. They looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down in weeks. There were kids probably 10-14 literally running around the hall. The room itself was nice and tidy but the walls were so thin. I could hear the running and constant doors closing all night. The. 6 am. The alarm clock next door woke me up. That’s how thin the walls are. The bathtub leaked all night so kept hearing dripping and every time the ac cut off it sounded like water rushing. So horrible night sleep. The shower never got very hot. I do not recommend this location. Not up to Hilton standards nor even Hampton Inn”s.
