Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sharon-Hermitage by IHG

Great Stay This hotel is the greatest Holiday Inn Express. Snacks in the lobby were very welcome (cookies, popcorn and ice cream). The breakfast was pretty standard for HIX but all items were available. We would stay here again anytime we are in the area.

Very impressed with stay!! This was my first time staying at this Holiday Inn Express and I was super impressed! The front desk staff, David and Miranda, were super helpful. Along with the manager Sherri. They were very patient, kind and communicative. I was also greeted with delicious snacks and ice cream! My room was super special - I was very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to details for sanitizing. Each area that I would want to sanitize already had provided wipes near it. The room even had a jacuzzi tub which was so inviting! The linens were soft and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was timely and delicious. Would certainly recommend and stay again!

Clean and Quiet After traveling for 13 hours it was so nice to finally check into a hotel that felt welcoming! Everyone I met from the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, very clean and made for an exceptional stay. If I am driving through that area again, this is one hotel that will stay at the top of my list. This was one of best stays on my trip.

Awesom The staff is the friendliest staff i have ever encounter, the rooms are clean and fresh, I have been up here for almost a month and a half, and the staff is like family, If I had one complaint, they should add waffles to their breakfast and cheese sauce for the scramble eggs.

Great hotel for a stopover--excellent staff and amenities We stayed at this hotel in August by happenstance, looking for a place to stay and break up the drive from NY to Michigan. We had a very positive experience with this hotel then and specifically made reservations here last week and again last night. These experiences were both as positive as our first visit. Pluses: Easy access to I-80 Friendly and welcoming staff -- everyone we interacted with was top notch! Comfortable room and bed Choice of room options-- we had one with a king bed and small sitting area Free snacks Free breakfast Sustainability is valued Other comments/hints: *** We didn't have time to use the pool, gym, or other amenities but they have them so check them out! *** If you have mobility issues, be sure to let the staff know. Our room had a large bathtub which was fine for us but might be hard for some people to get in and out of. *** Coming from I-80, take PA state road 18 going north. Spangler Road, which goes to the hotel is to the right just before a sign that welcomes you to Hermitage. There's also a small sign pointing to the Holiday Inn but it's hard to see in the dark and the hotel isn't visible from that place on the road. *** The hotel is close to town where there are loads of dining and carry out options. Just return to PA-18 and go several more miles to the north. *** It took us awhile to figure out the TV channel options -- there are a lot of channels. We never found a single listing of all channels but did figure out that you can enter three digits to get channels with a dash in the channel number. For example, enter 411 for 41-1 on a channel guide. Overall we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
