Snowbirds Heading South Nice hotel - good breakfast. Room was a king suite and was very large. We are Snowbirds and have stayed here 4 years in a row on our way to AL for the winter. The only complaint we have is that there are no alarm clocks in the rooms so if you like to see the time during the night or have an alarm set, you need to bring your own clocks.

No hot water first 2 nights There was no hot water for the first two nights of my stay. The third night the water was warmer but still not hot. Also the WiFi signal was weak in my room and for some reason they are removing the Ethernet connections in the renovated rooms so that isn’t an option either. Also there are train tracks nearby and trains go through at night. Breakfast was good.

Update Your Heated Water System!! My last two stays at this Hampton Inn were both disappointing. The last night of my first stay the water was barely warm enough to take a shower. One day of the second stay was enough. No hot water at 5:00 a.m. Water was ran for approximately 25 minutes and still too cold for a shower. Checked out that morning and arranged a stay at another hotel in the area. This is not the Hampton Inn brand. Very disappointed and not sure if I'll stay at this hotel again.

Can't believe they allow this to be a Hampton Inn - should be anEconoLodge or something. I am surprised that this hotel is allowed to call itself a Hampton Inn. My experience with Hampton Inns is that they all are kept to a certain minimum standard. This one definitely is not meeting the standard. There are shoddy repairs all over the hotel. Our door lock stopped working in the middle of the night and the front desk couldn't get me in after multiple attempts, so I had to wake my family up to let me in. The next morning, the shower was ice cold (I was told all 3 water heaters were out), so after showering in ice cold water and bundling up to go down to a warm breakfast at 9:45, breakfast was entirely cleaned up, even though it was supposed to be served until 10am. I went to the front desk to voice my concerns and was told to "Write it on this post it note and someone will call you tomorrow, there is nothing we can do about it." There are sticky marks on every door in the hotel, there were fans on the floors in the hallway for some reason. The toilet paper holder was broken in our bathroom, The guest laundry is used a storage room. Just so many reasons why I won't be coming back.
