No surprises - Good value Nothing unexpected. Consistent with other hotels in this category. Good value. Good location and safe for solo travelers. Breakfast was very typical. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were great - some soft, some firm. Made for a good night's rest.

Not the worst choice The price was good but the room smelled. The pool was fine but the hot tub never worked. Breakfast was just ok with pretty limited options. The staff was friendly. The whole place was a bit dingy but the location was good with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was not what I expect from a Best Western. The closet doors were smeared with something. The room seemed to be refurbished as cheaply as possible. No cover on an outlet. Really rough towels. Places where they needed to touch up paint didn’t match so that doesn’t look good. Other than the closet doors the room seemed to be clean though.

Construction warning Hotel under construction . 3 floor hotel no working elevator. Had overbooked while I was there and tried to cancel my reservation to fix their mistake . Couple offered $5 for compensation of cancelled reservation at midnight. They had walked in on lady taking a shower. She was not happy either

Nice staff but broken hotel. The staff was really nice but, the overall hotel was not in good shape. The elevator was broken and so was our shower. We had to get a key to another room on another floor to shower. Carpets were stained through out and it just felt grubby. There was also a lot of road noise. Breakfast was not good either.
