Lovely Resort! Hidden Gem We are so glad we chose this resort! We stayed in a Cape Codder for 4 because it was the most budget friendly option for us. Our unit was VERY clean. We were impressed by how well maintained the unit was, even though the furnishings were pretty out of date, it didn't bother us because of how well maintained and clean it was. We saw so many bunnies, crabs, seashells, and birds here. It was great! The grounds and the pool are meticulously maintained. The pool was heated which we were so grateful for because it was still early June and only around 70 degrees outside. My teenagers loved exploring the private beach area, playing shuffleboard, using the pool, and playing mini golf. All of the staff we talked to were very friendly and helpful. They even let us use their air compressor to inflate our innertubes. We stayed 4 nights and that really wasn't enough. We intend to come back and stay in a bigger unit with more bedrooms. The only real downside I found was the murphy beds mattress was very bouncy and not the best. But it could have been much worse. In hindsight I would have picked a room with all regular beds. I used the laundry room during our stay also. It had 2 washers and 2 dryers. I am guessing it gets pretty busy in the laundry facility during the summer so adding more machines and lighting outside of the door would be nice. We were using it after dark, and it was very dark outside the room. The front desk had laundry detergent, so we were able to get a couple of extra detergent pods from them when we ran out. Hopefully we can come back here, and I will definitely be recommending it to people.

Locations is beautiful but interior needs makeover I have not been there since before Covid and was disappointed in the interior. The mattress was very old and not supportive. Even the sofa bed was the same since 4 years ago and was very worn and very hard to slt or sleep on.

Yearly Family Trip Go to Resort Second time at this resort and booked for next year! Perfect location close to restaurants and shopping, but at the end of a side street making it quaint and quiet. The resort is small, which is perfect to run to the beach and back to the room as needed; heated pool is fantastic! The hotel is nice, spacious and clean, but could use updating, especially kitchen area and headboards/lighting fixtures. Awesome staff!! Love this place!

Will definitely go again! This resort was literally perfect. A relaxed and chill vibe (although we went end of June, so maybe didn’t hit peak season). The heated pool was beautiful, the beach is steps away. We played mini golf, took out a canoe, and rode bikes. The staff are all so nice and helpful. We had a full kitchen, so we made breakfast and lunch every day, then went out for supper. SO FUN! Definitely planning to head back! AND! Don’t sleep on the nearby Whydah pirate museum. It was very unexpectedly amazing!

Perfect spot for families Just returned from a wonderful stay. This was our first time staying here and we’ll definitely be back! A few things that stood out - the location was perfect. Close enough proximity to everything mid-Cape, the resort is right off rt 28 but off the beaten path so it feels like you’re staying in a more remote area. The other thing that stands out is that it’s a perfect place for young families - so much to do right on property that we didn’t feel like we had to leave! Our kids loved the playground and the pool, and of course the beach right there. Is it the best beach on the Cape? Probably not, but it’s flat and sandy and perfect for building sand castles and letting mom and dad relax in the provided beach chairs. Sometimes that’s all you want because it makes things so EASY for us tired parents. A final note, the staff was awesome. You can tell they take great care of the grounds and rooms throughout each day. Already looking into coming back for another stay!
