Felt like home We really enjoyed our stay. The owner helped us so much. Having disabilities we needed help with a few things, she was so kind to help us. It is so quiet here, even being on route 28. The room was spotless. Beds really comfy. Pools are so clean! You won't go wrong staying at the Yarmouth Resort!!!

Comfortable and Clean Room was small but decently appointed, very clean including the bathroom, air conditioning works great! Beds were very comfortable. The dryer didn't work but the pools and hot tub were clean. We had a nice stay.

Best hotel on the cape!! We love Yarmouth Resort. We have stayed her every year for the last 5 years and we will be back. Staff is wonderful, close to everything and indoor and outdoor pool! You could t ask for more!! We had a wonderful suite with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette!! Thank you Yarmouth Resort for an incredible vacation again this year!!!!

Double check The room itself was average. 2 double beds. Really odd placement of tv in front of the mirror? Fridge but no microwave. Balcony was open when we got in our room. Rooms are dated but mostly clean. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool. We used the outdoor. It was nice. They have an eating area that looks like it was used for breakfast at one point but no longer offer it. Parking is easy and free. Not super walkable to really anywhere except a few lil places. All in all it was an average hotel, just make sure you check if you’ve paid beforehand so they don’t overcharge you. When I checked in I was told that orbitz didn’t collect the $, when I knew that they did and they charged me for the stay. I told them twice that I definitely paid and they said I was mistaken. Went upstairs after checking in & looked at my credit card statement and I was absolutely charged. I go back down and show them and they voided it out but never apologized. If I hadn’t caught it I’d just be charged a whole extra stay I guess.

quick visit to the Cape! Great room and location..Only stayed for 1 night for a concert at the Melody tent. Room was very clean and comfortable.. Had a deluxe room with a balcony, jacuzzi tub and small kitchette area. Saw the pool area,also has a hot tub but did not use these amenities. Staff was very welcoming upon check in.Booked our stay on booking.com was skeptical when confirmed said upgrade to room with a toilet but I called and was assured all rooms have a private bathroom.Would definitely stay again when visiting the Cape!!
