Disappointed in IHG I drove 12 hours for this, thinking it would be good because it was a cabin and renovated but… -The “elevator room” was very narrow -Pathetic view -One pillow was more than disgusting. -Pubic hair on the bed -The roof needs help -The room wasn’t that dirt but still… -Expensive Restaurant Lesson learned, never trust the overrated IHG hotel.

Do not stay here after a day in Yellowstone Very upset with this hotel for the price I paid. First the tv remote did not work and took over an hour for maintenance to get the tv working for us. It was appreciated that they did come and fix it but by the time it was fixed we were ready for bed. Got up the next morning to take a bath in the jetted tub but the water was cold. Went down to talk to the front desk about it but there was a note saying front desk would return at 7am. Left a note with the lady who worked in the restaurant but she said she knew nothing out how the front desk was run. No one ever got back to me. Also the room had bad mold. My mother and I couldn’t stop coughing the whole night. Was really looking forward to a relaxing night after being in Yellowstone all day but that didn’t happen.

They made a mistake with our reservation made 6 months in advance and didn't fix it. I booked a stay for July 14-18, 2024 for my family. In January 2024, we decided to change our reservation to July 7-11, 2024. I received a confirmation email confirming this. According to client relations for IHG the reservation was changed back to the original dates in April in error. However, the hotel is now full on those dates and is unwilling to honor our reservation two days before we are to leave on our family trip. The hotel offered us nothing for this and left us scrambling to try to find somewhere else to stay. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an IHG hotel and will never chose to stay with them again. All reservation stuff was done direct with IHG and so not sure what the benefit is going to a chain if their systems fail in this manner.

Pathetic Service My rating would be poor vice terrible except for the high cost of this property. Having said that. Upon check-in to a King "Deluxe" Suite I found the room did not have any wash clothes, hand towels, or bath mat. It took three visits to Reception to resolve the issue. On the third visit Reception finally called someone from housekeeping. I watched with amusement as they tried to use a mobile phone app to communicate in Spanish on what was needed. On my second day, I went to Reception to ask them to refill the shower's body wash dispenser or if that was not possible to provide a bar of soap. No action taken. The hotel did provide four (4) complimentary breakfast coupons. I only used two... on my last day. I had an omelet which was small and not well made. The breakfast potatoes... lukewarm and of a buffet standard. On one night I ate at the Branch restaurant. I asked for a bowl of chili to be followed by a burger. Despite my request... both came at the same time. I sent the burger back and had them remake it after my chili. I ordered a beer that never came. Bottom line. Unacceptable level of service at all levels especially given the cost. This property also charges a $15 a night "amenity fee" which is a rip-off and completely unjustified.

Average hotel bad restaurant The hotel itself was clean and in an excellent location for Yellowstone. But the restaurant attached to it is dire. The Branch. The service is bad forgot to give us menus, our drinks order and cutlery. When the drinks came the waiter split the beer on the table and didn’t wipe it up. So the liquid got nearer my husband and we had to go get a cloth to clean it up. We didn’t eat there again. Shame otherwise it could have had a better review.
