Apartment Complex This is mainly an apartment complex catering to the people who work in the many medical/research facilities nearby. Our check-in was awkward as the clerk was hardly focused on me. She grabbed the forms laid out in front of her then sent me on my way. The map I was given was not made by one of my many 7th grade geography students who actually could make a readable map. We actually found our room. Studio apartment with the computer chair and table right beside the front door. Ice maker does not work. Weirdest thing was when we prepared for bed. Pulled foldout couch bed out. Yikes, no sheets or blanket. Again - this is mainly an apartment complex catering to the people who work in the many medical facilities nearby.

Wonderful hotel to stay at and enjoy I booked this because it was cheap but rated highly. Overall a nice place and a good room. The pull out sofa bed is nothing to talk about, but is certainly like any other pullout. The pillows were way too soft for me. Also, be aware, the front desk closes at 8 and you can’t get anything if you need after 8. Overall a decent place to stay wihh to a helpful staff

Forced into a Hotel Stay. The place could use some refurbishing outside and in the common areas but the rooms are acceptable and clean. I was there for 15 days and didn't suffer that much but the TV service they use is sub standard to say the least. Their free breakfast is far better than a Holiday Inn Express one I must say.

DON'T GO HERE!!!!! Me and my family booked this hotel to visit my sister who goes to Holy Cross College for a football game. We got there and there were a bunch of shady people there and the building looked in total disrepair. The "tv's" looked like old computer monitors and the room did not look that inviting. It was so bad that me and my family left to go to another hotel because we did not feel safe sleeping there. I don't know why the reviews are so good, but DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. Those people are insane if they think this is a good place to stay.

Experiencing the stay as home Facility is very clean and very well maintained, breakfast is Continental style, simple but fresh and hot, the coffee is always good. I came to this area four times a year and never stayed with other hotel place in recent five years, the major reason attracting me is the People - hotel stuff, very nice and professional, customer orientation, while any trouble happened you always can count on them to help, they made me feel like another home to stay, like Saqib, Graziela, and Alicia, they all provided excellent experience for guests, I continued selecting this hotel and come back here again for coming visit.
