Worst hotel ever, save yourself and don’t book Where do I start with this review! I checked in during a torrential rainstorm. The young lady at the desk was sitting in her car getting high while i waited for her to unlock the door. Really should’ve been my first clue as to the rest of my stay. We rented the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. The exterior of this “hotel” is not being maintained, and the stairs were actually delaminating. The key card did not work, so back to the front desk to get another key. (This was almost a daily occurrence). We had 4 people in our rooms yet had only one glass, two plates and cups. The pots and pans were not clean, the one pan had burnt sugar crusted on it. The sheets were clean but stained. The curtains were dry rotted. There was no breakfast as shown on their site, and there was NO WI-FI AT ALL. the downstairs bathroom was just nasty. If I hadn’t signed the agreement that it was a no money back deal, I would’ve found different accommodations. When my daughter and her family checked in, their room was filthy with pubic hairs in the bathroom, not enough supplies and coffee grounds in the cupboard. We didn’t have a pan between the two of us we could fry an egg in. I called and talked to the manager, my husband walked to the office and talked to them and they kept saying it would all be taken care of. No satisfaction was given at all. We talked to an area manager and he said nothing could be done, that the owners do not care. DO NOT BOOK THIS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Nice place to stay and super helpful staff especially Tiara. We really enjoyed out stay here. Clean and nice rooms and quiet area. Tiara was our host and she is awesome, we had to extend our stay for 3 more nights and she was so helpful! We are planning another stay in June so we will definitely stay here again.

Accommodations - little less than desired The rooms are spacious and well laid out. It even has a small electric fireplace, Front desk is only open from 8am to 8 pm. Housekeeping is once every 2 weeks. If you need towels, more soap, toilet paper, or the second garbage can (for kitchen) you have to go to the front desk. Went to use the oven on our last night - nothing to bake our pizza on. Worse, the oven had not been cleaned. The exterior of the buildings needs maintenance and paint. Good concept and very reasonable price - but. . .

Horrible management Well I never made it to this hotel as they canceled my reservation 2 weeks prior to my arrival date. I reserved this room over 9 months ago for the solar eclipse so I'm pretty sure I was one of the 1st to book. My guess is they were able to get a lot more than I paid since my reservation a long time ago. I tried on a number of occasions to reach the manager Isaac and he was never available. I was told I would receive a call back and never did until I fixed a complaint with Sonesta customer service. I consider myself lucky as the reviews are terrible. I will never stay at another sonesta property again as this wasn't my 1st issue. Beware and stay away.

TOXICITY FROM CARBON MONOXIDE/DIOXIDE, DO NOT STAY HERE!! Do you like TOXIC GAS LEAKS? ARE YOU CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR LIFE AND SAFETY? IF SO, DO NOT STAY HERE!! The entire place is leaking gas due to all the units have furnaces which operate off natural gas. The gas is leaking from the units and piping especially when the heat is turned off. The staff did the best they could to accommodate us that actually works at the facility itself. Corporate office is incognito and would rather folks at large lives be at risk then fix the issue. This was first brought to their attention months ago when the Fire Dept came due to the alarm going off. All the Sonesta/WYNDHAM CORPORATION have done is close that room out for good and keep booking guests. Buildings 2, 10, 8 are confirmed to be leaking gas. The on the ground staff is forced to operate under a corporation that doesn’t care about anyone’s lives but money. The staff is overworked and underpaid, however they are all good people doing the best they can, and are not apart of the problem. Fire Dept had to come to myself specifically TWICE due TO the carbon monoxide/dexocide . With a bit of grace this place will be shut down sooner rather than later, for EVERYONES SAFETY. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE. -James G.
