Amazing! I would definitely stay at this hotel again! From the easy checkin, to the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the room. I loved everything about it. I don’t know if we just lucked out? But the room was very spacious. We stayed in room 305. Oh… and the lady doing breakfast was AMAZING! She greeted every person that walked in with a warm greeting. She kept the breakfast stocked, and the area clean. I didn’t catch her name but I feel she should be recognized.

Noisy AC and rude housekeeper Reasonably comfortable and friendly front desk staff. But I was kept awake all night by a noisy rattling air conditioner that turned on and off without regard for the temperature in the room. And I was summoned 10 minutes after checkout time by a housekeeper pounding on my door while I was on a zoom meeting yelling it's 10 minutes after 11:00. I had requested a 30 minute late checkout knowing I had this meeting. Then when I stepped out of the room at 11:00 28 I was stared down by the rude housekeeper. I've stayed here many times in the past, and I don't recall such bad conditions. Perhaps it's time to change things up a bit at this Holiday inn Express.

Driving the 5 Spend enough time on 5 and you will have to find places to rest. This was our first time at the Holiday Inn Express. First the good. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. This location must have a great work culture. The property and the room are clean and maintained. The room is good size with the usual mini fridge, coffee maker. There’s a few fast food places in walking distances. The less good. The HVAC is a wall unit. Ours was older and made a range of noises lasting for 5 minutes when it kicked on/off. Location off the highway is very convenient but you will hear highway noise. We did not hear neighboring room noise. Last, the bed is very firm. This is subjective but I’m old enough that a hard bed makes it hard to sleep. We would stop here again because of the staff but might need a mattress topper;)

Love the room set-up I arrived about midnight, and my room was ready on the 1st floor. I am a diamond member, and was upgraded w/o having to ask. I loved that there was a bathtub, and the water power was the best I've had in years. And, there was a full-length mirror to make sure I was put together, so to speak. Of note, the sink and counter for getting ready in the morning is not part of the bathroom but located in the room. If you have someone rooming with you, this might not work. There may be other rooms with different set-ups. And, I had a desk that I could work from before I headed out the next morning.

Acceptable but not great Hotel is fine but that's as far as I would go. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner was very noisy for first 3 or 4 minutes then quited down. Water up past your ankles in the shower as drain was plugged. Breakfast selections typical but not great. McDonalds, Dennys and Carl Jr all right there.
