Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Wausau by IHG

Celebrating of life. We recently rented out the conference room for our Uncles celebration of life. It was a very nice experience. We also rented a room for the night since we were the only guests who brought children. It may not have been exactly traditional but the kids absolutely loved being able to swim while the rest of the grown ups were still visiting. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the kids pool is awesome. We felt no rush and felt pretty stress free. Overall great experience!

Great The head cheese Heidi. Did a great selling me a room. Then after. She did her job. The best I ever seen. Then I meet ben. Aso very helpful man professional. Everything was. Great kick but. I like my pillows. Shipped to 706 rose hill road. Kaukauna wi. 54130. This was my best stay. Ever in a motel and in 54. If these people should get a good raise brother do more then they have to on a job. I own 2 businesses and don't have a staff like you have. I'll be back to check on my all star team. More than just a Hotel! I’ve been trying to find the right words to say to really express my recent experience at this hotel. It wasn’t just an average stay. I rented a hotel room as well as the meeting room in July for a celebration of life for my brother. The staff went out of their way to make it such a lovely meeting area. Kim, the sales director made a beautiful sign in his memory, Keith set up tables with plenty of room for us to set up a memorial, food, and room for guests to enjoy visiting. Serena, greeted us at the front desk and we were able to check in with ease and she recommended the easiest way for us to park and unload all our supplies for the meeting room. Later in the evening Ben helped us get checked into our hotel room. Our family and kids enjoyed relaxing and swimming between the hot tub and the pool.. it’s great they even have a kiddie pool for little ones!! Special shout out to Bonnie in the kitchen for a delicious breakfast! Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, crispy bacon, and fluffy cheese omelets! She even shared her secret to the best bacon ever! I could have eaten plates full of just that! My experience is this isn’t just any hotel they treat you like family!

Great experience! The front staff is truly amazing!! Keith and Heidi have always been very helpful. The breakfast staff is so friendly and so cheerful. It truly starts the day on the right foot. My kids have visited during a stay and enjoyed the pool and the amenities of a suana and kids pool. I would recommend this to all.

Excellent hotel and customer service!! This was the BEST hotel to stay at. We have stayed at a few different hotel chains this year and we were always disappointed. I literally have no complaints. Customer service was excellent!! It was immaculate everywhere. The pool and hot tub were perfect and water was so clean. The sauna was a great bonus!! And the breakfast bar was AMAZING!! I loved the oatmeal station!! The ladies in there were so kind and helpful. Jon at the front desk was so accommodating. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Unfortunately we were rained out. Jon helped us with canceling our room on a Saturday!! He was so pleasant and made us feel better about having to do it. Honestly, I wish he would have said we couldn't cancel, lol, I would've enjoyed another night!! I can't wait for another Wausau tournament, we will definitely be returning!! Thanks for everything!!
