Comfort Inn Denver West Arvada Station

Ok Stay, If You Don’t Mind Sharing Sheets with Previous Guests. Requested a room change 317 to 321. Found lots of hair in both rooms both on top of the bed and when you pulled the covers back. (Not just one or two rogue hairs, it was more than 10). We suspect the beds were made but the sheets were not changed. The first room (317) had dried food and drink residue on the desk that had not been cleaned. Perhaps the maid staff is understaffed and cutting corners or just rushing through each room. The front counter staff on night and dayshift was very pleasant and friendly. The room change was quickly accommodated and followed with apologies. A staff member in the first floor laundry offered to open the pool room for my child to use the restroom after we had turned in our room key. One other thing of note was a group of men hanging out in the parking lot by the back entry. They had a circle of camping chairs and were out there for hours. It seemed odd, they didn’t appear homeless. We paid about $120 after taxes & fees. For a Wednesday night. I would not stay there again.

Disappointed Old and noisy with soiled bed linens. Hallway carpeting was dirty and the room doors looked like someone took a knife to them. The bathroom tub was old and stained. 3 day stay, beds not made and towels not replaced. I would not return or recommend. Very disappointed.

Housekeeping not doing their job!! Have reused bed sheets!! I have stayed with Choice and a Gold member, have to say this is the worst stay in some time. I had to check in late that night around 1am due to working late at my hospital. I was given room 113, do not recommend this room, first room on right first floor. I had 2 bed that BOTH had someone else black hair and dirt between the sheets and comforter, they just made it and no sheet change. I had chunks in the tub and dirt on the floor made my feet black. I went to the front desk right away 10-14-2023(1:10 am) and showed pictures, what was happening, and the night front desk guy said he would tell his manager tomorrow and said nothing else. He did not offer me another room, so I thought they were sold out, they were not come to find out. So, I slept in my pajamas on a naked bed for $180.00. The next morning, I talked to the front desk gentleman and found that I should have been moved to a new room or to another hotel, he was shocked to my treatments... I was not happy with this inconsideration of a person from the night before. The day gentleman offered me a return of my money for the next night I had booked, and a discount for what happened, I was happy with this and leaving too!! I booked in Broomfield Comfort Suites for this next night. I went back to the room and then decided to look under the bed.... yeah, dust bunnies, papers, and dirt, been over 6 months since cleaned... you can tell with the amount that was under sink, nightstand, chair also. This is embarrassing for Choice Hotels chain and people should be accountable for cleanliness. I say EVERYONE ROMOVE SHEETS FROM THE BED and place on floor with dirty towels. They need to be forced to change sheets. If you do not do this lazy staff will just fix for the next person.... and the next and the next... sad but true these days... I am Currently checked in to Choice Comfort Suites off of Destination way and HWY 36, Broomfield I'm happy to call this a true choice hotel experience!!

Very satisfied. The room was fine. Disappointed in policy regarding cleaning. Did not realize that with only a two day stay, room is not cleaned. Needed more coffee on 2nd day. Towels not picked up, garbage emptied.

Watch out for additional charges. They charge a security deposit to your credit card at check-in. Just checked in with a prepaid reservation. Desk clerk says there is a $100 inconvenience fee to be placed on my credit card to cover any damage, etc. I've never encountered crap like this before. I'll not ever be staying at Comfort Inn again.
