Very happy with this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights. I’m glad that the room with 2 queen bed was good size and comfortable. The towels were very soft. Sometimes, towels are very thin and not so soft at this class of hotels. But not at this hotel. Very clean. Service was good. Close to gondola station.

We will not return to the Listel We (two couples) found the hotel overrated and casual with regard to administrative details. The location is very convenient and the personnel were generally very pleasant and attentive. Our two "deluxe" rooms were hardly deluxe and were quite different from each other in lay-out. Disappointing and not recommended.

Very Nice Stay; Great Service Our first trip to Whistler. Selected this hotel based on price and online reviews. We were very pleased with our overnight stay, and certainly would return. The brand is new to us. We'd say the furnishings are on par with ~Courtyard and the service closer to a Marriott. Pro's: - Unbeatable location. Steps from the Whistler Gondola and lifts. - Super friendly and helpful staff. For example, we were permitted to leave our car in the garage for a couple hours after checkout which was a very nice gesture. - Room is clean and well appointed, including a mini-fridge. - On property parking (garage under hotel). Fee was $21.50 USD which seems pretty good for Whistler Village. Note the garage spaces are narrow; it would be a squeeze for a truck, yet just fine for passenger cars. No downsides for us. We did not dine there. Just a great stay.

Good value, I’d stay again. We weren’t here to ski; just to see the village while passing through. The beds were very comfortable, large bathroom, excellent bedding. The air conditioner fan wouldn’t turn off (even though it was set to ‘off’) and the curtains were just for show so they weren’t able to be moved to block the wind by the bed. There were no bathrobes available. All in all I’d stay here again.

5 star in everything Stayed here two nights as part of a tour. Centrally located and tastefully renovated. It’s transformed from the 2010 Winter Olympic village. Staff are helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable. There is even tea and coffee in the foyer if you’re on the go. Walking distance toe everything. Fine dining Wild Blue bar and restaurant is next door which offers a 4 course set menu at C$39, which is exceptional value. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s not a 5 star hotel per se but it matches one in every aspect. All thumbs up.
