Great place close to everything We stayed for my daughter's sporting event. I was able to check in early- the staff is so professional, helpful and kind. The young woman working the front desk was especially great! The rooms are clean and comfy... and the sauna and hot tub are a great bonus feature!

Horrible, dirty, disgusting, rude Avoid at all costs (worst hotel I’ve ever seen). Otherwise, you may stay a night and have to flee to another hotel chain. I booked here for one week during a Christmas visit, initially in a cheery mood and left after ONE DAY. It’s cheap for a reason… and I leaned my lesson the hard way. I’ll never stay at a Wyndham again or this dump. They also refused a refund so be very careful before booking anything there. With this said, it’s completely unsafe. There were unhoused people living in the hotel wandering around everywhere. People passed out and sleeping inside. Roaches and vermin in the room. Rooms were rundown and outdated, paper thin walls, smells bad and overall rough, down on their luck, crowd (including the management and staff — very rough types). I cancelled after a day and booked the Hilton which was more expensive, but worth it 200% - the management was a dream (not screaming at customers) and the hotel was safe, well kept with no vermin or issues. The manager at AmericInn Wyndham with the beard was extremely rude— yelling at customers and being inappropriate and unprofessional during check in. Like I said, this was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel every week for work… Avoid at all costs.

WORST HOTEL STAY I EVER HAD To say our stay was disappointing is a vast understatement. My husband and I arrived for our one night stay, and everything was fine at first. Then we very quickly noticed that the walls are PAPER-THIN and you practically hear your neighbors' every conversation. We go about our night, we get into bed, but then at 10:48 PM the fire alarm goes off. Everyone is coming out of their rooms while a worker from the hotel ran up and down the hallways saying "It should be all good" and encouraged us to stay inside. My husband and I ignored him and went outside immediately. Good thing we did because multiple police cars and firetrucks had to pull up and inspect the building. Everyone was out in the cold until at least 11:10 PM. We finally get back to our room, thinking the experience is all over and we can finally sleep, when at MIDNIGHT (YES MIDNIGHT WE CHECKED THE TIME BECAUSE WE WERE IN DISBELIEF) there was a worker from the hotel knocking LOUDLY on every person's door. The hotel worker just kept yelling "No smoking. Stop smoking!" At everyone staying on our floor. I don't know about you, but I don't like to be accused of something when all I was trying to go is sleep. The next morning we wanted to talk to someone at the front desk and started the conversation with "We weren't exactly happy with our stay." Instead of asking any follow-up questions the worker says, "That's no one's fault." When telling him about the worker that was knocking on doors he changed his tune and told us, "I didn't know that." Without even knowing our issue he was very rude and dismissive, and wouldn't even make eye contact with me or my husband. He said the manager would give us a call but I doubt that will happen. Needless to say that we did not get any sleep, and this was the worst hotel stay I ever had and YOU SHOULD NOT BOOK HERE.

I had a great time I had a pretty good time. The food was good and the service was quick, but they don't clean out your room when you're gone.
