Watch hotel impossible and learn * had to wait 30 minutes after check in time to get our room so they could clean it. * I watched as the lady went in and out of the room. I didn’t see linens changed. The only cleaner used was glass cleaner and a quick vacuum. * what I found in the handicapp room I require was mold and dirt on the edges grooves and under side of shower bench. The clerk when asked came and half heartedly attempted to clean it with a spray of clean a to big scrub brush and excuses it was the just fabric. With nothing but the hand soap in the bathroom hot water and a washcloth I cleaned enough out just to prove the point it wasn’t just the fabric. * don’t know what was going on but for an hr at 11 pm there was reappeared metal on metal banging. * breakfast was so so. Went with pre packaged yogurt and muffin. The juice machine only produced hot orange juice. The fabric covered sitting areas need a good cleaning or replaced the stains were huge and gross. * as we make several trips a year through WF I will be finding other options of places to stay

Nice stay I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options so no complaints at all!!! This is my second stay at this hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The breakfast lady was super sweet also.

July visit The beds are comfortable, breakfast is good and staff very helpful and friendly. I was with a large group of women using the conference. Half of commodes were out of order; garbage cans were not emptied in the conference areas, and no one was stocking the restrooms with paper towels or toilet paper.

Truly an amazing place ! Great place to stay ! The staff are very courteous & friendly ! The location is very accessible , easy to find & in a quiet area of town ! The hot breakfast was awesome , & had a huge selection of food items all prepared well ! Great location for reaching all shopping areas & restaurants ! Enjoyable place all around !

Average Average all around. Staff was great. Fast check in. Room was average. Shower had been repaired but not well. So you could only get somewhat warm (cold) shower. Fair amount of noise from smokers outside front entrance. Wasn’t worst hotel I’ve stayed at but will only stay here for location/convenience going forward.
