Be careful if elevators are out...but nice place. My assigned room was in North Tower, but after walking to those elevators they were inoperative for some reason. Walked back to desk (I had a serious walking problem), and was told to use the South Tower elevators. I walked to those, and it was a LONG way to my room once on the floor. And then a LONG way back to elevator for dinner....and then back to the room, and then at checkout. Nice place, but why the desk staff had no idea that the elevators were inop, I don't understand. Easy ride to the FBO at the airport in the morning, pleasant driver. Note too that on Sundays breakfast starts late..7:00 I think it was, and I was planning to be out of the hotel by then.

Solid Stay Solid stay for two nights. Easy walk from airport less than 5 min. Rooms are clean and comfortable but a little dated. Very good workout room. Nice hotel bar and a good staff. Overall its a good choice if you are in town and want to be by the airport

Dirty Doubletree This has to be the worst Doubletree I’ve stayed at. Hilton diamond member for several years. Travel 4 days/week. Stay in at least 2 hotels per week. The rooms at this hotel are dirty (not vacuumed, bathroom counter top makeup residue, toothpaste on faucet) and the front desk staff are rude. Food in restaurant is cold and service is slow. Save yourself money - stay at the SpringHill Suites by airport and eat at Texas Roadhouse. Better food and less expensive. I am not a Marriott fan but SpringHill is so much better. Helpful staff and clean. Not coming back to Doubletree. I keep trying this one hoping my experiences are not the norm. When I’ve brought up its dirty to staff I’ve been told “nothing we can do”.

Awesome stay! This is how a double tree should be run! Great staff, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Clean rooms and everything worked as advertised. Really good food and bar! Didn’t try the workout facility. I will make a point to stay here again when back in the area! Quick shuttle hop to the main terminal, easy as it gets! Thanks y’all !!

Disappointing My recent stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Wichita Airport for a conference was far from satisfactory. Upon turning on the tap that night, I was met with a shocking sight - discolored, rusty water flowed out, reminiscent of something from an abandoned industrial site rather than a reputable hotel. The rusty water was not only visually repulsive but persisted even after running the tap for several minutes. The mere thought of using it for basic tasks like brushing my teeth was out of the question. The following morning, I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, accompanied by photographic evidence. She acknowledged the problem with a shocked look. The staff member I spoke with was courteous and provided me with several bottles of water when I mentation that I was thirsty because I would not drink the water. However, it seemed there was little they could do to address the underlying issue. While waiting for my conference to begin, I overheard several other guests sharing their own grievances. One couple had encountered the same water problem and found the staff to be rude upon reporting it. They ultimately checked out and sought alternative accommodations. Another guest mentioned enduring a week without hot water, further highlighting the hotel's maintenance shortcomings. In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering a stay at this hotel. Save yourself the frustration and seek accommodation elsewhere, preferably at a location that prioritizes basic hygiene standards and guest satisfaction.
