Gracious and accommodating I checked in late in the evening and a day earlier than my 2 day reservation. Paula Williams checked me in and was so helpful and accommodating. She reworked my reservation so that I didn't have to change rooms during our stay and upgraded us to a suite for the entire stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was hot and had amazing water pressure. We often stay at IHG locations and this was one of the nicest ones we are have stayed out this year and definitely the kindest staff.

ok There was a bug in the shower and some wear and tear in the walls. They had good breakfast. It is an airport hotel but I heard no airplanes last night. pool, hot tub, and fitness center are some of the ammenities here. I could stay here again if needed.

Very poor service and crappy hotel We left as soon as we got there. The hotel was under very poor maintenance. The website said heated pool and spa. Spa broken and pool cold and GREEN! Front desk clerk said has never been heated. They refused to refund our money! We left anyway, there are many other better choices in the immediate area.

Business trip Late night checkin was simple. Had to come back several times during the 2 night stay due to keycard issues - resolved each time. Was missing shower curtain (not sure how long it had been missing or if replaced each time). Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast selection. Used the hot tub and exercise room. Quiet. Decently clean with hallways/stairs. Stay was ok but not quite what I expected from a IHG hotel.
