Overpriced for the state of the property This hotel looks really nice on the outside and also when you walk into the lobby. But, the hallways are dirty and so was the room. There was staining on the carpet in our room, water stains on the ceiling in the restroom. Tiles were chipped through out the hotel and the carpet was old and fraying. Our room wasn't terrible but it was ok. I went to the front desk and saw the night clerk hanging out with his girlfriend while she was braiding his hair and they were eating. I'm all for hanging out with your s/o but, you also are there to do a job. The girlfriend was there for hours.... the trip was ok overall. I did have to pay $15 for our yorkies. For 1 night it was over $130. Fot the state of the property it's not worth the price.

Don't waste your money. I'm not picky when it comes to hotels. Give me a clean room, comfy bed, and shower. This hotel can't offer any of those. The room smells like a combination of mold, urine, and stale cigarettes. One of the beds had ants crawling on it. The shower doesn't work. By the look and smell of the rest of the 4th floor, a room change wouldn't make a difference anyway. We checked in at 1:30 am and don't have the energy to deal with this disaster. Only good report was that Al was polite upon check-in.

Like lipstick on a pig. Exterior of hotel cleaned up, inside is rough. This hotel smells like weed and cigarettes even when it’s a no smoking hotel, the ceilings are molding from water leaking through, the doors and walls are all banged up and the paint job is rough. Overall this place is just a mess. The only thing good thing to note about this hotel is the blueberry muffins that they bought from a store.

Never would I stay here again. This place is awful. I mean, it's a Comfort Inn not a roadside motel in Tijuana so what is going on here? The shower had no water pressure whatsoever, the room had a weirdly humid air about it despite our constantly running a/c, the hallway carpeting is abysmally dirty, the elevator glass and floor are dirty (it's impossible to see through the glass), the grout in the tub is in desperate need of replacement and is terribly mildewed, all of the doors, trim and floors are marred, shabby and filthy throughout the hotel, the breakfast area ceiling tiles have water damage and are dirty and gross, and most disturbing of all is the air and heat vent there which is absolutely black with mold! I have actually contacted the Health Department about it. This is not just unsightly but hazardous to anyone and especially for those with breathing issues or asthma. Comfort Inn should be capable of much better and ought to be ashamed to call this one of theirs.
