Priced to high Staff was friendly, no air conditioning in the halls, ice machines were broken, building needs to be renovated. They served the same breakfast the two nights we stayed there. I think the price should have been a lot less than what was charged.

Huge disappointment I booked this hotel based on the reviews on Booking.com and the pictures. I walk in the door and I’m in complete shock. The place is under a major renovation and I’m sure when it’s finally complete It will look amazing but it’s not a place you want to stay during this remodel . First of all this should’ve been done in different phases and if you are going to remodel the entire dining area you should move people to another area. There was no mention on Booking.com this place was under renovation. the gym was not available and walking down the halls to your room was a disaster. the dining area, where you eat not to mention the breakfast is probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel , then the top if off I wanted to pay with cash but you have to have a credit card on file and they still charged my credit card and now they’re refunding it but I had to call back and take care of that so they charged my card and took my cash the staff is very friendly and they’re very apologetic for charging us twice and for not being aware of the construction but that’s all they can say is we’re sorry .

Disappointing Experience I have stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites in different states before but this was the first time that my family and I stayed at this particular location. We had to travel to Northern Kentucky for a commencement ceremony that I was a part of and this hotel was close to the university. Two staff members were at the front desk upon our arrival, both of whom did not appear enthusiastic about our visit. The hotel is dated but the room itself ( 2 queen beds studio suite with sofabed) was spacious. The vending machines were not in operation the entire three days of our stay. The breakfast buffet which was included in the payment was, by far, the worst breakfast that my family and I ever had in all the hotels that we've been to. The omelettes were bland and not freshly cooked, the oatmeal was salty (yes, salty) and the coffee was lukewarm. The coffee comes from a thermal carafe that sits in the hotel lobby. How long the coffee sits there is anybody's guess. The selection of food was small but it really would not have mattered if it tasted good. Having a staff with a warm, friendly demeanor toward their customers would have compensated for the shortcomings of the hotel, but unfortunately, this was not the case at all. It was highly disappointing, so you are better off staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites by the CVG airport. My niece and her husband stayed there and found their experience to be an enjoyable one.

Unprepared for a sold out weekend of guests Nothing complimentary about this location’s breakfast, worst ever at a Hampton Inn anywhere in the US. Sad that a large number of reservations could not motivate a staff to be more prepared, breakfast just plain sad, pool side dirty…chipping paint, etc.

Handicap Accessible? My family visits Cincinnati 2 times a year with my disabled son for doctor appointments. I always call the hotel personally before booking to ensure the shower is either roll in or has a seat for disabled people. When I called this hotel, the person that answered had to physically go check the room, which required me to wait for awhile. Then I asked if they had a pool lift. She didn't know and had to check with her manager. I said that was an ADA standard and was the law. She came back on and said they have concrete steps goin into the pool which makes them ADA compliant. What? Really! I asked how could a person who couldn't walk use their pool? She said 'I don't know that's what I was told by my manager'. I was outraged. I have never been treated so badly at a Hilton before. I informed her that was not ADA compliant and they were breaking the law and hung up. That definitely not an example of good customer service.
