Great value for the money Rooms outdated but very well maintained and clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Could use a better lock on the door as there is no safe in the room. The air conditioning in the room was welcome as the temperature during our stay rose up to 47°c. Well located, about one block from the boardwalk and walking distance from the beach. It is also possible to use the barbecue and pool from the Nantucket across the street. On the down note, the matresses are small and not comfortable at all. All in all, really nice and relaxing stay.

Nightmare near the boardwalk! there was no availability in The waves (which I booked for the following night) so I stayed here for 1 night. Floor was dirty, don't go barefoot, bathroom was outdated with small height tub in pink tiles like years ago. handles missing off the chest, and you could see the crack opening between the door and the outside, I wheeled chair under the door to make sure it wouldn't be kicked in. Never so glad to move over to the Waves (which i assume also owns Tropicana as you had to check in at the waves! and they charged a fortune for Tropicana too! only staircase accessible not great for the older adults.

Vacation- end of season 2 day trip at end of season. Loved the location for its closeness to the boardwalk and main piers. During the weekdays and end of season this was great with not a lot of people. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Pool was well kept. Room was a standard beach motel vibe but loved that the floor was laminate and didn’t give the room that musty smell. There is no safe or broom in the room which would be my suggestions. A safe for obvious reasons and a broom to be able to gather the inevitable sand you track in from your beach trips. Would totally stay here again!

Don't stay here unless you like dirty rooms and no sleep.... Not really for families, although loud families were up ALL night grilling, drinking and yelling. I called at 1am to the front desk and nothing was done about the noise. Our room was VERY dirty and not enough towels and no blanket on the one bed.? No one cleaned our room. Parking was a nightmare. We had to juggle spaces to let others in and out of their spaces. I've never seen anytihing like it. It is close to the beach, but not worth staying again.

Review The room was very clean, very friendly staff,very close to boardwalk and the beach, the only disadvantage i would say is that there is no pool and we needed to go across the street to another motel that they owned and that there was no wifi service in the room needed to be outside to catch service.
