Great hotel Hotel is like new, recently remodeled. Rooms are big and clean. Beds are super. Lobby is large and clean. Highly recommend. Breakfast buffet is large and very good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy access off of route 81.

Great place ! Great place. Received AAA discount Room was very clean and smelt so fresh ! Our king bed was so comfortable. Like home ! Bathroom shower lovely with great soap shampoo and conditioner and hand cream. Can’t remember the name but it was really nice. Room had a Kureig coffee machine with coffee and tea pods. You could grab sugar and milk/cream at front lobby. It also had a microwave and little fridge. It was decorated very modern and cozy. Front staff went above and beyond when we asked to for umbrella to be opened on outdoor patio in light rain. They also brought out the chair cushions. Pool area very nice. Starbucks across the parking lot and Walmart as well as a liquor and beer store. Also in plaza red Robin burger place noodle place. And a cute bar! Good Japanese restaurant next door. We had the hibachi chicken and steak meal each. You can definitely share one order. It was massive.

Passing through Pros: Good location. Comfortable room. Nicely updated shower. Friendly staff. Cons: Bad pillows. Very loud AC. Expenso wine offers in lobby. For price point breakfast should be included. Weird WIFI.

Find someplace else to stay We booked this hotel because it had a gym and pool available. The booking was done directly though Hilton, and there was no mention of many of the amenities being unavailable due to construction. When we asked the front desk clerk if we could use facilities at another nearby Hilton brand, we were told that wouldn’t be possible. False advertising, find another place to stay.

Problem with booking info and No pool! We purposely booked this place for pool and jacuzzi and it’s all under construction. They blamed everything on Booking . Com. It’s been very disappointing. It says there is a manager on duty but the front desk says no manager until Monday. Very disappointed. It’s jus as much Hilton’s fault since they say they know 3rd parties do this all the time. Then fix it. 3 other parties came to front desk complaining about the same problem. Front desk lady said not their fault. And two different bill totals.
