Excellent Stay The hotel was very clean, the shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the location was good because it’s close to the 40 hwy and there restaurants and fast food close by. It’s only an hour away from the Grand Canyon. Don’t forget to visit Bearizona

Great location. Best part. Lady that runs place- rude. Pricing - fair. Breakfast? No, not really Location was great. Room is you get what you pay for. We needed a place to crash for a night. Biggest beef- check in is 3 pm. We get there at 2. Not 1 car in the parking lot. Not 1. The lady at desk ( owner) rudely tells us to come back in an hr. I get check in times, but NO ONE WAS THERE!.

Terrible experience, very deceiving photos of this hotel. First, the photos of this hotel on Hotels.com and any other site are very deceiving. This hotel is very old (built in the 90's) and in dire need of renovation or destruction. It is in bad condition. Carpets are filthy with grease or oil spots. The exterior doors to the buildings housing the rooms have no locks on them, just a hole in the doors where the locks were at one time, one door had duct tape where the lock should be, very unsafe. anyone off the street can walk into the building where the rooms are. And the room, smelled of raw sewage, there was no chain lock on the door, the bed linens smelled musty and dirty and had stains on the sheets. No room service/cleaning even after we requested it. We requested another room upon check in and seeing the condition of the room and were told nothing could be done until the manager was present, the manager never arrived. Then the tv remote did not work, I requested another remote or replacement batteries, I was again told nothing could be done until the manager was there, manager never arrived. We had no choice but to stay at this hotel since the women at the front desk said there were no refunds. This place is a rip off, do not waste your time booking this hotel, spend a little more money and go elsewhere. I do not understand how anyone can give this hotel even 2 stars, if possible, I would have given 0 stars.

No elevator and poor quality of breakfast The only good thing about this place is it's near Grand Canyon. Though the manager did give us two connecting rooms, which was nice for the four of us.

A great stay The room was clean and so nice! The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as we were no expecting so many options!
