Good Central Location Put Needs Some Updating and Cleaning We have stayed here three times before under different ownership each time. We stay here two years ago and saw some improvements, but under this new ownership, more work needs to be done. The carpets in the hallway were very dirty. Our mini-Frig was not working properly and it took at least 5 minutes to get hot water. Note that this hotel is near railroad tracks on Rt 60. We did hear the train once in a while. It is in a good central location if your going to Williamsburg, Busch Gardens or Jamestown. I had a hard time understanding the girl at the check-in desk that had a heavy accent. For some reason they put on our credit card an extra $50 at check-in. After check-out, it took them 2 days to remove it. I never had this at ANY hotels that we have stayed at. Also the pool had a problem and was closed.

Customer Service I took over 30 mins to check in and when I finally checked in I was told that I was being charged a $50 accidentals fee and it would go back on my card when I check out. The next day I noticed I had been charged AGAIN for the room and had to go up front to fix it and from there they tried to charge ANOTHER $50 that declined! The communication was very poor! The pool was also closed and that was not communicated either.

Drive on Past this one From the outside, it looks fine but it isn't that great and they do not have a maintenance crew in the hotel to fix all the problems The bed was the ONLY thing that was fine. Stains in the carpet, and shower rod needed to be adjusted away from the tub so the shower curtain would keep the water from going all over the floor. Holes in the wall in the bathroom, and a bad water leak in the bathroom ceiling that looks like they slit the ceiling covering to let the water out and just left it. The bathroom door would not stay open unless you placed the trashcan in front of it. Also, the ring covering the shower water outlet was off. For as much as they want for a stay here the hotel has seen better days DRIVE ON PAST and stop at a place that has a maintenance person. WC Edgar
