Great Family Fun Alex, LiCinda and Leanne were helpful, empathetic, awesome and kind! This was our second visit to this location and we really enjoyed it especially during “Snowland “ experience with Santa Claus. This place is wonderful for autistic kids. Our Family were really Blessed.

Management a disgrace So for two days it seems that the room above can have a river dance audition and bang their way across the floor and nothing happen to prevent it Despite 5 times contacting front desk and management and then having the sheriffs office called by the manager was told that there was nothing the could do even though they actively heard the banging through the ceiling Actually we were told if we wanted to sleep for the first time in two days we would need to change our room and not them Christmas Eve and still for the last 4 hours banging and thumping non stop and the weak manager wants to be politically correct and instead of telling the to move basically was told to go f*** himself by the room Disgrace and we will never come here again Huge amounts of money spent Anyone booking get a top floor room and you can tap dance all night with no issues

Great Weekend Getaway For All Ages At the Williamsburg, VA, Great Wolf Lodge, you can arrive as early as 2 pm on your check-in date and have access to the resort until 8 pm on your checkout date. Arriving early and staying late is key if you want to get the most out of a one-night stay. Make sure to budget for food. The average price per person per meal, without a dining plan, is $10 - $20. The breakfast buffet was a hit with us as we are a breakfast-loving family, especially my daughter. It pretty much has everything that you could think of - pancakes, bacon, biscuits & gravy, hashbrowns, multiple egg varieties, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, etc. Hungry as a Wolf was my kids' favorite for dinner. We were able to feed my family of 6, which includes 3 teenage boys, for $50, and everyone was full. Many restaurants even allow you to order pickup from the mobile app, which is great when you lose track of time and need to make sure dinner is ready before the restaurant closes. Keep in mind, many restaurants close at 8 pm, but the Freshwoods Market is open until 11 pm. The teens were able to mingle with other teens and enjoy the water slides, laser tag, and Magi Quest, while my daughter explored the entire waterpark several times - water slides and the kids' hot tub were her favorite. As adults, the waterslides were a hit, but the stairs sure are a workout (lol) - there’s never any wait. There’s also an arcade, but for the younger kids, I recommend doing that last during your visit, as they’ll want to spend any time outside of the waterpark there if you start with it. Older kids can simply get a budget and go hang out.

Don't bring your children here if you value their minds --- slop world perfect for screen-damaged kids and parents Don't bring your children here if you value their minds. This place is the physical embodiment of overstimulation in 2025, basically the real-world version of too-much-iPad syndrome. If you are a low-stimulation, low-screen-time family, do not come here. Great Wolf Lodge is depressing in the extremely limited worldview it presents: that "fun" can only be obtained by spending money and getting nickel-and-dimed over every little thing. The parking fee is particularly egregious, as if there are other practical ways to get here besides driving a private car. Mini Golf This is the most egregiously bad aspect, which exemplifies the depressing nature of this place. The soundtrack of the mini golf course is a 60-second loop that repeats incessantly. They couldn't just play mellow music or even forest sound effects. Instead, golfers have to have their brains bludgeoned by this loop in an experience akin to being on hold on the phone. The golf course also has flashing lights and animation projected on the walls, as if golfing itself wasn’t fun enough so it needed to be spiced up with some digital slop. Infuriating. Water Park The water park is massively underwhelming. The lazy river is short and congested with unoccupied tubes, and nobody seems to be managing the river. The entire room is a massive echo chamber (constant white noise) and you cannot have a conversation with someone unless you're yelling into their ear. Headache-inducing environment. Overall Quality The company seems to believe that the sheer existence of this place is enough to entice people to spend money — and the crazy thing is that they're right. But nothing here is good per se. Food is not good, golf is not good, bowling is not good, water park is not good, customer service is not good, parking is not good, rooms are not good, bathrooms are not good, even the basic function of the TV in the room is not good. Best we can say is "mediocre," but much of it is downright bad.
