Clean, comfortable, guilt, and reasonably priced. We stayed here two nights and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and quiet. Parking is free. The free breakfast included cheese omelets and sausage, plus all of the usual extras like fruit, oatmeal, muffin, and a few waffle makers. We also liked the convenient location and reasonable rates. No negatives that I can think of.

Getaway trip My husband and I went for a 2 day get away and we always choose Hilton. The best part was the digital key and access to the hotel without having to go to the front desk etc or wait in line. We had a great stay-huge walk in shower and nice king size bed. The two downfalls-the pillows is one-you put your head on them and they go flat to the bed-not great for a good nights sleep. This is the second Hilton I have experience this. We stayed on the 3rd floor-there was a horrible smell as soon as you stepped off the elevator. Other than those two issues-we had a great stay as always and we enjoyed Williamsburg!

Pool chlorine level to hight We always book the Hampton inn and suites when we go places so my kids can swim. The chlorine level was so high today that when you walked in the pool area it burned your eyes. My kids only went in for maybe 15 minutes because they couldn’t handle the amount of pain they had in their eyes from the chlorine. The rest of my family older kids were exploring the area so I was stuck with two very sad girls that they couldn’t enjoy the pool at all. The room is very nice the shower handle is broken but otherwise everything is great about the stay. So if your looking to go swimming maybe check it out first?

Small rooms and dirty room carpet Hotel was alright. The room was extremely small for a family of four with four pieces of luggage. The real issue was the room size but also the carpets were filthy. (Pictures included only showing the worst) the whole carpet was stained and uncleaned. The drain in the shower was clogged and it took two trips to the front desk and most of the day to get someone to fix it… it did get fixed however.

We would stay here again Anees at the front desk was very courteous and pleasant There was a bit of a musty smell when entering the room but it dissipated after the air conditioning kicked in. Our room was clean and basic, with a fridge, microwave and single cup coffee maker. Everything was in working order. A few minor cosmetic issues that didn't effect the quality of our stay. There was also coffee available in the lobby. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. The beds were very comfortable.  Breakfast had a good variety of choices, including bacon, scrambled eggs and waffles. Breakfast staff very pleasant. We would stay here again.
