Renovation of hotel Very glad the former Quality inn Kingsmill will have a new beginning as Holiday Inn Express! I can vouch that the renovation is under way and by. the construction dumpsters,it is being gutted. I.went by to see what management company had taken over to see when they may be hiring. Williamsburg is a great place for tourists and this hotel is very close to Busch Gardens, also not very far from Water Country. USA

needs a lot of improvement the bed.. bouncing like a trampoline.. of course i put it to good use later, but nonetheless... the bathroom was the worst.. i think we got the kids bathroom... the toilet was so low, i thought maybe we were in japan... and it was places in a position that you cannot have a left leg, thats how close to the wall it was. There were many little kids there, and to my surprise, you could not here anything as they were screaming in the hallway. The BIGGEST blunder is their parking lot. By the pool area, it was pitch black.. NO LIGHTS at all... people were falling all over the place, tripping on the curb, in the dirt.. as you could not see ANYTHING....whomever we told behind the desk just looked at us with 15 heads.. When breakfast time came, their dining room was closed off because they were mopping it at 1039am.

Casual stay We stayed at this hotel exclusively over the years. The staff and management are very nice. The rooms we had were comfortable. Our room had flat screen tv which made it convenient for us to attach our portable device ie laptops, portable DVDs player for greater viewing. Will be back again soon

Don't stay here, there are bedbugs. I would like to leave 0 points for this inn, but I don't think the website allows me to do so. My husband and I stayed here two nights ago and woke up covered with bedbug bites, especially in the areas closest to the pillows (face, neck, back). We went to complain/alert James, the receptionist, because there was no one else there. He was rude to us, did not care or acknowledge that bedbugs were a problem, and told us that the manager was out until the Tuesday after Labor Day weekend so we'd have to wait until after the weekend. I've had to buy ointment from CVS, buy bug spray to spray all of my clothes and belongings and I haven't been able to sleep much since then because of the intense itchiness. Please don't stay here.

Price is right We chose this Hotel for its proximity to Busch Gardens and the price was very reasonable considering they offer complimentary breakfast. My kids only complaint is there was no waffles or pancakes, but they had lots of others choices. The indoor pool was warm. Staff was friendly as well.
