Pleasant surprise I was helped by Front desk night rep who nicest person and certainly made a favorable first impression on me. He made efforts to accommodate me for safety and quiet, and my little dog. Room had lots of bed pillows, softish but pretty comfy mattresses, good hot shower, fridge, coffee maker, and nice tv. And no bugs! That’s always something I want to know, so am sharing it in this review. I slept fairly well which is unusual for me away from home. I noticed a minor issue and reported to desk manager and I felt like it would have been addressed immediately if I had wanted but I didn’t feel that necessary but just wanted them to know. They are surrounded by eating places within walking distance across the parking lot, which seemed busy til closing time. They offered a hot breakfast but I had lots of food which I needed their fridge for, so didn’t partake. They had a well stocked coffee bar adjacent to front desk which I enjoyed. If I were driving through again I would rebook.

Happy Customer Location good,room clean,food good.was comfortable and felt safe. Easy access to parking both for the restaurant and the hotel. Front desk helpful and pleasant. House keeping always on schedule. Overall I have stayed at this BW every time I come to Williamsport and that’s about 2 times a year. Thank you again.

Disappointing and uncomfortable Mattress atrocious. Lighting annoying. Lots of workers but convenient location. Staff was nice and said rooms were being redone but apparently not ours yet. Funny thing is I worked in that hotel 50 years ago. Holiday Inn took their signage and brand away from them. Thought Best Western would make things better.

Don’t accept hallway room near ice room The hotel was clean ,bathroom tiny ,need of refurb .stayed one nite ,was put in a room with no view just a wall in very dark hallway ,with a ice machine in small room ,door or ice room was used all evening ,right through the nite ,banging ,got no rest, room light had to be on whole time I was in room ,because of lack of day light, staff were lovely ,breakfast was good ,

what happend?!? have stayed here in the past for Little League world series, was never 5 stars but now is horrible. lumpy un even mattresses, room felt damp and had smell, no maid service clean towels or toiletries over 2 night stay, cobwebs, could go on...... friends stayed that were not rewards members and got better room rate. they had frideg in room I didi not overall not good contacted best western.....they gave free points!? not pleased
