Staying Here is Better Staying in Williston gives you the best places to eat and places to do your shopping. It has better rates than staying in Burlington, why pay more in the summer? Booking online is cheaper than showing up. This hotel sits next to the highway where you can easily jump onto and drive to Burlington faster to see more and do more. Across the street is Dunkin’ Donuts and a gas station. But, this hotel carries the best coffee, the Vermont’s brand: Green Mountain, with different flavors. The swimming pool is open and it is accessible for the handicap. The lobby is clean and welcoming and the general manager is very helpful with any concerns and questions you might have. The dining area is a quiet area that is similar to being in a restaurant with booth seats and tables that are well kept clean. Breakfast is served with microwave sandwiches of egg, cheese, ham or bacon in a biscuit. There is lots of yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, snack bars, fruits, etc. There is a nice exercise room, washer/dryer room, and an area with a bunch of brochures of places to see and do. I have been staying here for awhile for business and never been dissatisfied!

Good except for shower The location was good, wifi was good, service was good as well. No issues with the room. We were only there for about 9 hours. My biggest issue is that after one person in our room used the shower for roughly 10 minutes, their was no hot water for the rest of us. Not sure what the issue was, but we had to just take a cold shower and go.

Noisy toilet, wet carpet (#204) This stay did not meet our expectations. We stayed for three nights. After the first night we placed a maintenance request because the toilet was making a loud whoosh noise every ten minutes, and the carpeting near the window and air conditioner was wet, so you needed to wear shoes to go look out the window, not to mention possibility of mold etc. Not only did the toilet noise make sleep difficult, it was wasting a lot of water. The maintenance person came (while we were out) but neither of these items was fixed. We placed another request the next day and still no fixes. Also the room decor was quite outdated. The breakfast was so-so and items not replenished. On a positive note we had requested a quiet room away from the elevator and got one at the far end of the hall, therefore we didn't hear much noise from the hall as there was little traffic and our neighbors were quiet. The staff members we saw were pleasant.

Nice refit of an existing property We wanted to visit the Burlington area, but not pay the exorbitant prices they get in downtown. This location fit the bill. About 10 minutes to downtown. Everything was neat and new. Nice shower with sliding glass doors. New microwave and refrigerator. Carpets fresh and clean. The elevator was the only fly in our chardonnay. It was cramped and slow. The building was good size, so the elevator could be drawback. The breakfast was not up to par with most Marriott attempts. We came down near the end, and no one had refreshed it, despite a full hotel. I got the last milk. Cereal selection was depleted. No spoons. Many items missing. The people behind us just looked at the counter and left. I lay this on the pandemic, because the front desk lady was stuck doing checkouts and manning the breakfast. They should have someone keep an eye on the breakfast area full-time.

Newly renovated, clean and quiet 102 room hotel with a pleasant staff. My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving before 3PM. The receptionist quickly processed the card payment, upgraded us from queen to king and issued the key cards. We carted our bags to the lone central elevator and up to the 3rd floor. Room #330 was carpeted with a very comfortable king, a long shelf unit with 32” TV(limited channels), expandable desk and chair, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator, couch with ottoman, wash station and fully outfitted bathroom with shower(passive ventilation). Secure room WIFI was good while the under window AC/heat was quiet. The 6:30 AM lobby breakfast was complete with fruit, fruit juice, yogurt, egg sandwiches and 24 hour coffees. This newly renovated, clean and quiet 102 room hotel had a pleasant staff and made a perfect stay with decent value at $121/night(member rate).
