Best Western Willows Inn

Quiet and safe. Finding the motel was easy and very easy access into the large RV and truck parking area in the back of the hotel. Fast and friendly staff and the rooms are already cooled down or heated for you as you enter your room. Clean room and everything in working order. In walking distance to anything to about anything you might need. CHP and DMV office is across the street even. Quiet never had any problem staying at this motel with noise or thefts in the several years going to this motel.

Overall good value. Pool was refreshing, once we cleaned it out ourselves. The only real issue was we were woken up twice at 5:30am by people trying to get into our room. The hotel messed up and accidentally sold our room to another couple in error.

Wonderful. Such professional staff. Even the overall professionalism of that one cleaning lady. Her and I had a friendly chat about how I should be happy being a recycler. And she nicely told me a maid would clean up any messes I mightve accidentally made. I gave her a two thumbs up. She filled my day with satisfaction. You guys are a motel I'd highly recommend it to my friends and family. Much better customer service than your neighbors at Super 8. At your Super 8 neighbor motel the manager was hostile towards me. I hope I never have a manager at Best Western follow me around in their car honking at me or giving me directives. I had that terrible experience at Super 8 back in August 2023. But he should heed warnings not to do it to anyone else. The next person could have a short fuse. Oftentimes the short fuse people could be in possession of like a gun or knife. What if they yanked him out of his car and shot him. But I'd never do that horrible thing. I'm not violent. My point is I am thrilled with my entire experience being a five star review for Best Western. I've been meaning to ask your owner if he or she was okay with someone like me collecting cans and bottles from you because I live recycling for a better planet. Never again! Cheap outdated motel not up to par with most Best Westerns. Outdated amenities in the room. Poor water pressure in the shower. Noisy room as one could hear snoring and TV from next door. People tail-gate partying in the parking area. Creep feeling to the whole nights stay. Would never stay again at this location .

Very nice The staff was very nice and help full. Beds were very comfortable.The rooms were very clean and well laid out.The city is a very small city but has everything you need Walmart tractor supply co. gas stations etc. I would highly recommend staying here.
