Go elsewhere We’ve stayed in Hilton and Doubletree properties extensively and this property is subpar. Cleanliness issues, staff inattentive and bordering on rude, and just in a state of disrepair. Bed was comfortable- front desk staff were fine. The bathroom in our king room was filthy - toilet and floors were not cleaned well in recent weeks. Paint splatters on tile and furnishings worn. One elevator was out of order for the entire time we were there servicing a full hotel.

Not impressed. Need to be redone throughout. Hotel is in "dire" need of refurbishing. Did not like it and won't be staying there again. No in-room phone, no microwave, TV sucked (program guide had no data, nothing would stream even though the streaming platforms were on the screen) and no one showed up even after being told someone would. Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and spotty overall the whole time I was there. Elevators were shabby, carpet worn out, with unvacuumed debris. No black out curtains, just not quite opaque ones. Second star is for the delicious chocolate chip cookie.

Poor window coverings We had 2 rooms and neither had room darkening window shades. The curtains were see-through and let in all the outside parking lot lights and affected our ability to sleep. One person in our group had a mouse in his room. I expect a nicer stay at a Hilton property.

Not a comfortable stay The pillows aren’t fluffy. The bed sheets showed visible signs of stains, that couldn’t be removed. The bathroom tub, the faucet wasn’t attached to the wall. Also the bathroom door at the bottom is coming apart, as well as a piece of sheet rock missing. The bathroom toilet also showed a stain inside of it, that looks like it’s been there for months, and housekeeping hasn’t been trying to remove it. The price you pay you’re not getting g the Hilton quality. If you’re using a Hilton name your guests are looking for the best quality rooms to relax. I know I would like the quality and feel of still being in the comfort of my own home, which is clean, from the bedroom and the bathroom. I’m starting to feel like I need to start staying in other hotels that I’ll feel the best quality and comfort for the money we spend when we’re away from home.
