Reprehensible Please steer clear! The manager feels free to walk into your room unannounced and without knocking, then when you say how wrong that is she calls the police. The employees blatantly wreak of marijuana. They are belligerent and belittling in front of children and the manager belittled me because I have a PTSD service animal and you will be charged a pet fee for your service animal, and they need to take a refresher course on the ADA. If you are a Veteran of any kind steer clear of this hotel.

Nightmare hotel Filthy hotel. Water in shower didn’t drain. Holes in walls. Rust spots on all lamps. Saw a cockroach running up the wall. I swatted it to kill it and it fell to the ground by the TV where I saw some more cockroaches. We immediately left but struggled to get a refund. Had to leverage Travelocity to call them to issue a refund. Do NOT stay here. The place is a disaster.

Very Nice Reasonably Priced Lodging This was our 1st visit to the Comfort Suites and came away impressed with the room, staff and price. Our king room was very large with refrigerator, sink and sleep sofa. In for the Cape Fear Azalea Festival, our price was $20 less when booked 2 months ago verses current rates and lower than other like lodgings in and around Market Street. The continental breakfast was fine with waffles, bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs. There were plenty of muffins, bagels, breads, fruits, oatmeal, juices, coffee and teas. Checking in on a Thursday afternoon we found the young lady at the front desk to be efficient, personable and informative. We would definitely stay here when in Wilmington again. We noticed the pool was empty during our April 4-8 visit but would guess it would be ready to go by May 1.

Okay we have stayed in better Comfort Suites. King size bed and pillows wonderful! Nice size fridge and microwave, chair and desk/chair area. POOL IS CLOSED, should have been told or given a discount.Room does have a deodorizer smell like “was smoked in but we have since changed to non smoking smell”.

Unprofessional does no justice The staff at this hotel are rude, and will call you names and hang up on you. Never even made it to the stay, had an issue beforehand and couldn’t resolve it. GM wouldn’t give a name, just said I’ve got all day and hung up. Don’t walk, run.
