Excellent customer service! Super nice guest services! Needed to add a night and assumed we would have to switch rooms. Guests services made sure we stayed in the same room and gave us an upgrade as a Hilton Honors member. Free breakfast was nice, pool was very quite. Really enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately not as an immediate response. We rented four rooms from July 4th - July - 7th for our big Indian American family to attend a wedding in Wilmington. Spent a little over 3k. Didn’t request any housekeeping services, only asked for towels. I have a lot of family members in the hotel business, and I know hospitality is all about making your guests feel at home. When I called front desk this Sat afternoon, and asked if, by chance, there was a charging block that accepted USB-C for my Apple watch, he automatically replied with, “Unfortunately not.”. Housekeeping usually finds chargers and keeps them in a box for the owners. I’ve stayed at many hotels, where they’ve pulled out a box and let me rummage through them. I just had to make sure of returning it in case the owners came back. I’ve been disappointed a few times, after front desk checked through a few drawers and couldn’t find what I needed. That’s okay, I was still incredibly grateful for the soul who was willing to help me. I’ve never had someone give me an, “Unfortunately not.”, without skipping a beat. We’re peaceful people that behave politely. I couldn’t help but sense an unwillingness to help from Brandon, enough to make me write this review. Is this some kind of hatred towards different, or unknown cultures? Was this someone that was just overworked, and didn’t want to check. Either way, it made a horrible impression.

High Bar Hampton This is the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever seen! Amazingly, they even have a bar, along with nice-sized rooms and a pleasant front desk. Of course, it is still a Hampton Inn, so the ice machine did not work, and they do not clean the rooms every day. Overall, it is much better than average.

Excellent Hotel with Amazing Hospitality This hotel is one of the best Hampton INN hotels I’ve ever been. We arrived there at 6 in the morning and asked for a room. Unlike 100 other hotels that hold you up until 11am or so, these people kindly offered us an empty room. We were tired so, we overslept and missed breakfast. It was 10.30 when I went to front desk and asked for breakfast. The ladies at the front desk, Annie and Alenthia, were so sweet they offered me free breakfast. These ladies gave me a lot of great information about local malls and restaurants. I truly enjoyed their hospitality. 24/7 there are complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit. The hotel is super clean, breakfast is excellent, and all the staff are so polite, helpful, and friendly. We needed technical support with TV once we asked for help the technician guy came and didn’t leave until he patiently fixed it. Long story short if you want to enjoy a very nice customer service and hospitality without stress just stay in this particular hotel. I’m going to recommend it to all my family and friends. Again thanks to Anne and Alenthia I can’t wait to come back soon.

excellent We checked in on the app. Which worked well.later I went done and got 2 room key cards . The the ooms were clean and the hotel was nice. The breakfast was the typical Hampton breakfast. Pools outside. Not much to walk around to see except a few stores.
