Would stay here again anytime. The bed was PERFECT! The room was clean. The pillows were just right. The walls must have sound proofing because I did not hear any noise throughout the night. The staff were all friendly and accommodating

Friendly, Friendly, Friendly!!!! If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. My friend and I spent a day at the beach and decided to stay without having a place to stay. We stumbled across this hotel and Josie was able to accommodate us. When we arrived, Josie and Robbie (the manager) were extremely welcoming, friendly, and just so sweet. Housekeeping was also extremely nice. Everyone appeared to be happy and welcoming. The room we stayed in ( Room 200) was really clean and nice. The pool area is nice and the hotel is convenient to a plethora of restaurants and shopping centers. I love everything about this hotel. I vacation at Wilmington quite often and have stayed in numerous hotels on Market Street, but not anymore. Quality Inn will be getting my money from now on . They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy, that’s what mattered the most, and we thank Josie and Robbie for their hospitality.

Absolutely worst bed for $150 a night! Worst mattress in the world for $150 king size bed room. Customer service was great and room clean but never again will stay here due to their absolutely uncomfortable cheap non supportive mattress. When I checked out my back and shoulders were hurting, did not sleep well at all.

Worst place in wilmington Worst Hotel and Management Ever. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. Charged me for another night as I was checking out, told me the computer did it on its own. Can’t even take responsibility for any mishaps. Sarika, the GM/owner is a liar, rude, and the absolute worst. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Noise R Us Stayed on a week night, and hotel was not full. When I first went to my room, the neighbors were very loud. I hoped they’d calm down, but they continued being loud. I went to front desk to ask if we could be moved. The clerk said she “had to put (us) in that room”. Huh?! We were next to a family that had 4 rooms , and they kept running back and forth, slamming doors and yelling. Beyond rude. I was woken up twice during the night by someone screaming bloody murder, and I had earplugs in! Other family members were screaming for her to shut up. It was too much! I’d almost rather have slept in my car! I find it ridiculous that another room wasn’t available. It’s even more ridiculous that staff ignored the situation. I expressed my frustration at checkout, and the lady was very apologetic, saying she would speak to the evening clerk. Very disappointing stay.
