The BEST Have nothing but great things to say about the property and staff! Michael Lombardo the Assistant GM was wonderful! He went way above and beyond to cater to our needs during a tough situation. Breakfast is amazing and this CHOICE property is the best I stayed at in the country! Thank you Mike and staff ! Misty is the BEST!!! A big shout out to Misty at the front desk. She is by FAR, the nicest person I have had the pleasure to work with at a hotel and as an airline pilot I stay at a lot of hotels. If the Sleep Inn management reads this, Misty needs to be promoted!! Thanks Misty!!

Disappointing The Sleep Inn was the only hotel I could book on Memorial Day weekend that was within budget. You get what you pay for and less. The first room had 2 bugs crawling in the bed. They were not bed bugs but who wants to sleep in a bed that had bugs on it. The bathroom had brown stains on wall and pocket door. Carpet was stained and air conditioning was noisy. Second room no bugs quiet air conditioner but bed sheets had brown stains. Shower floor dirty. Halls needed vacuumed. Nothing here a good scrubbing and bleach can’t cure. Also no visible phone charger.

Unlikely to return This was ok for a one night stay. Staff at reception were there, not particularly welcoming but pleasant. The room was of a reasonable size but the bathroom had a sliding door which was unusual. The room was clean with a fridge and microwave. Unfortunately we were sited near to the breakfast room where some guests gathered in the evening and were quite loud. The same guests woke us up in the morning walking along the corridor outside talking really loud with no respect for other guests. Breakfast was uninteresting and unhealthy. Everything was calorific and processed.

Rude Rude I have not stayed at this hotel but I was planning to until I spoke with Joel when I called. He was extremely rude. I called to find out if and how much any deposit would be held on my card in addition to the normal hotel cost as I am on a limited budget and was palnning ahead. Joel would not tell me what the deposit would be and only stated "thats a given" there would be a hold. I stated I was working at the time on booking through priceline and he stated that is why i was being charged double???? what?? I wasn';t being charged double- had not even reserved yet and then he stated that why it was non-refundable?? not- it was a totally refundable room. I do not usually submit a review but because of this, I booked elsewhere as I do not trust this place at this point.
