Group experience Friendly and helpful staff that were accommodating to a large group of baseball players here for a tournament. The lobby area provided a great place for the group to gather and kids enjoyed the pool. Kids loved the breakfast as well with a large selection of kid friendly options!

Good experience, clean hotel We stayed in a king size bed suite at this property for one night and had a good experience. The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, comfortable bed and very good pillows. Half of the furniture looked new, everything worked, would definitely recommend for short stays.

Awesome stay at Sterling !! Enjoyed my stay in this property. Ambiance is good. This resort is surrounded by trees & the sea view is breathtaking. The room was clean & cozy. The food was excellent and the spread was good. The service was topclass. Each & every staff was full of warmth, care and was always ready to serve. Would like to point out especially the service provided by Manju. She was always there to help.

Great hotel & breakfast This hotel is one designed for travelers! There is more than ample luggage space, the room is spacious and comfy, and the cinnamon buns are AWESOME! All the staff was very friendly. I did wish that the water pressure in the shower was stronger, but that's a minor point. When you come here, be sure to have diner at Daniel's Casual Fine Dining restaurant. We go there every time and the food is awesome.

Ok but would stay elsewhere next time There have been some updates to the hotel over time and the bed was comfortable but it doesn’t meet its potential. The biggest complaint is water pressure. It was very frustrating to shower and shampoo with low flow water. I thought it may have just been my room but work colleagues staying in other rooms/floors said the same thing. One of my colleagues said that a new tv had been hung in her room but was not plugged in or programmed. My closet had a “short” hanger pole like one would expect in a handicap room. My room lacked other handicapped room features so it was puzzling. I had to find a way to hang my dress on the outside of the cabinet. I did appreciate daily room freshening with towel replacement.
