Nice place to stay Stayed in the RV campground. It was more costly than we would have liked, but it was well maintained. The bathrooms were remodeled and wonderful, especially for my handicapped mother. They even had handicapped shower chairs she could use. Also loved that we were close to the walking/biking path.

Meh. We enjoy having our own unit when we hit the national parks, so staying at a place like Fireside is ideal. We couldn’t quite put our finger on it, but we found ourselves underwhelmed with the property. The office staff were super friendly, and the units were clean, but that’s where the praise ends. Maybe it’s the misuse of the word ‘resort’ that threw off our expectations? A little more spit and shine could help this property realize its full potential.

Not worth the positives. We have traveled across US and stayed at a variety of campgrounds. Our daughter rented a cabin here so we reserved a camping site. They said the site was 55’ but we couldn’t really back up all the way because of a tree with thorns and the unstable earth in the back. It did not seem 55’ and we had to park our truck at an angle. The sites/roads were thin gravel. They said not to put rugs on the grass, but our site was so narrow we didn’t have any gravel to spare and they would have to plant grass to have any… mostly dirt and weeds. Location was good and is important on vacation but for $150 a night, we expected a little more. Laundry was $4 which is the most we have ever paid. Our daughter’s cabin was cute and it was very expensive… but no AC and even though they gave them a fan for each room, the loft bedroom was still hot and almost too hot to sleep… woke up sweaty! Although advertised to sleep 6, it was tight with 4 adults and 1 BR. Neither of us would stay here again and would not recommend for others.

No accountability, poor customer service and a very disappointed customer! Difficult to find. We arrived at night and the address given was to a nearby residential location. It was after 9pm so there was no staff in the office to take our call when we couldn't find it. After eventually finding the location, the sign to the outside entrance was not lit up at all which makes it more difficult to find. We stayed in the wedge and the accommodation was fine. Not much privacy. You can see in the other "wedges" just a dirt road across from you and if the crowd around was noisy it would of been unbearable as each unit was so close to each other. Our check out was a disaster, mostly upon our return home to discover we were charged an additional $150 for an unknown reason. I had to call 4x to finally speak to someone, over the course of several days due to no one calling me back. I spoke with the Director of Hospitality, but she was anything but hospitable. She made blatant lies and kept changing her story about the reason for the charge. She wouldn't accept responsibility for their error or credit our account. I asked to speak with the owners, and she refused saying they are not involved in operations. There is no accountability here and they have the worst customer service. A very disappointed customer that would strongly discourage anyone from staying here.

Chill cabins for an awesome ski trip at Jackson Hole!!! This is a great spot for a family trip. We had one of the caboose cabins with a loft for the kids. Cozy, nice kitchen setup and furnishings. The staff is outstanding and was wonderful to deal with at every interaction. There were some minor maintenance issues and if you are distracted by them, you may have a different experience, but very chill place and super close to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. We’d happily book again! Thanks Fireside!
