How may I assist?? Called ahead to make the reservation while driving thru to Ohio. Teri was our desk guru and had local knowledge and an attitude of customer service that was flawless. Amenable and ready to step beyond normal customer needs -wants- and desires to ensure our stay was fantastic

Way to grow__ Bedding is fine. Tips for breakfast: it would be nice to have some salsa for the eggs as well as some turkey sausages instead of bacon, not every person likes pork. I like Dove staffing in the bathroom __. Everything else was nice and comfortable. Thank you!

Meets the need, but nothing special This is one of the hotel chain’s older hotels—everything was in working order, and it met the basic needs, but it was definitely lacking. The breakfast items were not fresh at all, the bedding was soiled on one of the beds, there was a terrible cleaner scent in the hallway.

Gone down hill We have stayed at this hotel in 2018, 2019 and they past week. Me and my family stayed here and booked two suites for the last week in March for 6 days. The pros : swimming pool was good, conveniently located, the morning breakfast options and to go bags very helpful. Cons: the staff for the evening shift (after 5) was not friendly at all, and at times just basic greetings and interactions were met with lots of attitude. House keeping never came to our rooms once. I had to request and pick up my own toilet paper, towels, and empty my own trash cans. Our family members room was cleaned once and they made the bed with sheets that had stains all over them. When my family member brought the sheet down to the evening staff the staff member got defensive saying she didn't know who cleaned the room and just handed my family member another sheet and when back to the back office. The room itself was barely cleaned when we check in, the toilet seat was broken, mold stains on the ceiling, and hair all over the room. The attention and care has significantly gone down hill and this will be our last time staying here.

Nice Stay The hotel is convenient to the highway and is not too far from the old town. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. And, the room was very clean. Breakfast was standard fare for accommodations like this. They did have biscuits and gravy which was nice.
