Great atay for our quick trip Hotel is a bit dated, but very clean. The staff was wonderful from check-in to check out. We were in town for athletics and they were generous enough to give us a late checkout so my daughter could get back and shower before we flew out. Will stay again when back in town.

Poor customer service and dated hotel I have stayed at another Hilton Garden Inn and it was great, but this one was awful. I had a terrible nights sleep, a was kept awake by a noisy a/c unit, a noisy fridge and the hotel provided alarm clock that went off at 3 am even though it wasn’t plugged in. So in middle of night I switched off the a/c and the fridge and removed battery back up from alarm clock. One of the lights in the bathroom was flashing on and off. There is a sign in the room that says “if something isn’t the way you like it simply let the hotel team know and we will make it right. Guaranteed “ I reported all 4 issues to reception in morning and they said they would inform manager. When I got back to room later that day nothing had been fixed. A/c was turned on again but still noisy, fridge was on again but still noisy, battery had been put back in the alarm, light in bathroom still flickering

WARNING: No airport shuttle after midnight on weekends, despite claims on website WARNING: If you intend to use the airport shuttle, it is actually a Lyft reimbursement after midnight on the weekend, despite the fact that the hotel website advertises a "24 hour airport shuttle" and confirmed such when I called in advance to check. I reserved this hotel so I could get a good night's sleep and my daughter, traveling alone, would be able to safely take the shuttle when her flight got in after midnight. When I checked in, surprise! No shuttle. I ended up at the airport at 1:30 a.m. to pick up my daughter myself and, obviously, did not get a good night's sleep from my expensive room.

Good airport choice This hotel was a find at literally the last minute and has a beautiful view of the mountains from the front. The hotel is located in an corporate park outside walking distance from the airport or anything else. I did not try the restaurant on site. The shuttle will take you to the airport or local shopping during service hours. I had a red eye flight where a rideshare driver filled in for the return trip. The day staff was outstanding and helpful. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The price was significantly lower than peer hotels closer to the airport. I would stay here again.

That 70’s Show As a lifetime Diamond member, I've had the privilege of staying at Hilton properties worldwide. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Hilton Garden Inn Hartford North/ Bradley Int'l Airport left much to be desired. While the room was adequate, it's evident that this location is overdue for a much-needed overhaul and update. Upon arrival, the presence of an aging airport shuttle van in the parking lot sets the tone for what you'll encounter inside. The van's worn appearance reflects the overall state of the property. The exterior landscaping appears neglected, with overgrown greenery adding to the property's lackluster first impression. Once inside, it becomes apparent that the interior design harkens back to the late 70s or early 80s, which is a stark departure from the modern and up-to-date standards typically associated with the Hilton brand. In summary, my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Hartford North/ Bradley Int'l Airport fell short of the high expectations I have for Hilton properties as a lifetime Diamond member. The outdated decor, neglected exterior, and aging shuttle van do not align with the brand's reputation for quality and excellence. An overhaul and modernization of this property are long overdue to bring it up to par with the Hilton brand's standards.
