very confortable and clean Very comfortable bedding which gave us a great sleep after long international flight easy check in with friendly staff the location near the airport is a big plus We will stay here again when we will even longer flights highly recommend five stars

Unauthorized entrance into my room Unauthorized entrance into my room. I stayed at this hotel the third week of June 2023. I asked for no room service. Before leaving my room I took a photograph of my personal property. When I returned my property had been gone through. I complained at the front desk. They told me that room service does not go into anyone's room unless requested, which I did not request. They were unable to determine who entered my room without authorization. I spoke to the manager and all I got out of it was points added to my account. When I was more so looking for the situation to be investigated on their behalf. Someone entered my room and went through all of my personal belongings. Nothing was taken because there was nothing of value left behind. Take a picture before you leave your room and compare it when you return.

Zero star The most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed in. Stayed there on returning from Europe with my daughter. Booked a "suite" if you can call it that. The first room smelled so bad, that I went back to the desk to get another. That didn't smell, but was disgusting. The sheets had old mascara stains, the "easy" chair in the room was worn and torn. Where the carpet met the kitchen area floor was missing lots of molding and was glued or plastered down. I did NOT sleep. The woman that checked us in had on jeans and a cheerleader t-shirt. She supposedly was in management. The sheets were also threadbare. There was a disgusting trash can left outside a room that was near the elevator because those people didn't want it in their room. After I took a shower (and you could adjust the showerhead direction because it was loose form the wall, I used the hair dryer on the wall and a piece of metal flew out and hit me! I called IHG at 3 AM to lodge a complaint with them and tell them that they should not even be in the IHG portfolio of hotels. I had deleted my pictures, but you can see them on my Google review.

Not returning to this IHG hotel, sorry guys. Cons: Yucky. Outdated, room wasn’t clean, looked like no one had been in the room for over a week. Dead bug on bathroom floor.curtains wouldn’t close, had to paper clip shut. Shower screeched very loud with hot water & no body wash in the shower dispenser. Slept in my dirty clothes with the sheet only; as I did not feel the blanket or too sheet appeared clean and I didn’t want my clean pajamas touching the bed. AC/heat would not switch, same temperature and unable to adjust. All furnishings, walls, trim were old, bad shape, peeling, stained, chipped, etc. Pros: front desk was nice upon arrival. Advising me she would be at the desk all evening and only a “dial 0” button away, was comforting when arriving after 10pm. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Overall, I’ll never return.

Very poor cleanliness and lumpy bed I needed to stay near the airport and decided to stay at what I thought would be a decent hotel instead of a real budget hotel. On a positive note, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The poor cleanliness of the room and many items being in disrepair or damaged really affected my experience. The cleanliness was horrible! several large sticky spots on desk and kitchen area, dirty towel under sink in bathroom, deep layer of dust on top of hair dryer and on bathroom floor in corners. The items that were not in good shape included the bed was LUMPY-a deep depression when I lay down, towels with permanent stains on them, a large-ish stain on the bathroom wall across from the toilet so I looked at it frequently. I just felt uneasy being in such a room and was concerned the bedding was unclean too. The rate was not cheap - it was higher than the true budget hotels - but I paid the $'s hoping for a good hotel as a female traveling alone. The hotel did not deliver. I did talk to the front desk about cleaning the sticky spots - they said "we'll try" and the spots were not cleaned. I assumed they were probably short-staffed.
