Nice upgrade missing a few things. Recent upgrade. I have not been here for about eight months. I was surprised to find they had an update on the hotel. The update looks nice, except for seeing the refrigerator on the floor - come on, find a place to put it or get a table. The new floating flooring and scatter rug look great. No Diamond upgrade! Two other issues were the phone did not work in the room. The plug did not fit into the phone, why put a phone in for show, do it right and fix this issue. Next, there is no alarm clock; what gives with no alarm clock? Therefore, there are three areas they need to fix: Put the refrigerator in so you don't need to kneel on the floor to reach it, put phones that work in the room, and put alarm clocks in the room.

Stay Somewhere Cheaper for the Same Quality Not worth the money. They make the lobby look nice and give you a cookie so you’re excited when you arrive. Our shower head didn’t work and the water was running brown. We complained and were quickly moved which was nice. That’s why they get the two stars instead of one. In our new room, the AC was blowing out a chemical smell. My partner didn’t smell it so I thought I was being too sensitive. But when I woke up at about 5AM my throat was very sore and scratchy. I see another review recently complaining about the same thing. I was very tired and decided not to move rooms AGAIN. The hallway carpet smelled very strongly of urine. A housekeeper knocked on our door at 8AM to ask if we wanted the room cleaned. Why would we be awake at 8AM on vacation? We were horribly disturbed. We were there for one night and checking out at noon. Why would she clean the room at 8 then again 4 hours later?? A light breakfast should be included for a rate of $150 a night. Stay at the Days Inn instead. Cheaper, same quality, same amenities, breakfast included.

Unacceptable Housekeeping Practices The first 3 days was fine. Hotel is not clean. Neither the common areas nor the rooms. Not horrible, but come on for almost $200/night, can someone run a vacuum and use a grout brush in the shower. I can even overlook these things but the biggest annoyance was housekeeping didn’t come at all the last 3 days of our stay. Granted we didn’t leave the room until around 10-11 and had the Do Not Disturb on door until then, but I’ve always had housekeeping come after that- all three days housekeeping was on the same floor and watched us leave and we removed the do not disturb placard. Sorry, but when I’m on vacation I don’t leave the room at 7-8, I sleep in a little. It’s ridiculous that unless you leave the room by 9 it’s not getting cleaned. I’ve had to get my own towels, toilet paper & tissues for the last 3 days. The trash is overflowing and it’s just unacceptable for the price I pay. As a Hilton honors member I’ve noticed the quality really going downhill. Perhaps it’s time to find another hotel chain

Great hotel near airport Stayed here for two nights. Room was spacious and clean but dimly lit. Bathroom lights were not very bright. Room was clean and well stocked with towels. Breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh cut fruit and hot oatmeal and plenty of other choices. Attendants did a great job of keeping the area clean and well stocked. Shuttle driver Anthony was friendly and fun to talk to. Shuttle was prompt and runs every 20 minutes.

Not good Only one elevator works and they take forever, we got into the room and it smelled like nail polish to the point where it gave me a headache. I went down to the lobby and asked if they had a medication that I saw there the day before and somebody must have already bought it and I asked them to look in the back to see if they had another one and the girl gave me an attitude and Said “if we don’t have it out here, we probably don’t have it in the back”. I also asked for two towels and she shittily told me that she would send them up to my room. Lol by the way I never got the towels. The two younger girls at the front desk need to be fired. Their attitude practically ruined my morning and they have no sense of customer service whatsoever. If you’re gonna stay here, be prepared to take the stairs if you’re in any kind of time schedule. Good luck
