This Holiday Inn Express was our first night on the road, no others measured up! All around, the most comfortable and well equipped of the hotels we stayed at on this rad trip. The room was very clean, the staff we interacted with was uniformly friendly, and parking was convenient to the location of our room. There was a good selection in the breakfast room in the am.

Delightful and helpful Sharon at the check in desk. Attractive and clean lobby. Wonderful check in desk clerk Sharon, was friendly and helped us. The hotel entry was clean and updated. However the elevator was broken and we could not get our heavy luggage up the stairs. Sharon was able to find us another room at Candlewood Suites several miles away. She was delightful. We will stay at this Holiday Inn and Suites when we pass through Winnemucca again.

Decent Decent place for a short stay. Room was clean, though a bit worn in areas. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. Check in and check out was friendly and efficient. We had a room in the back facing an embankment that had a road on top leading to a commercial area with Walmart and some other businesses. It was quiet at night.

Long day on Road trip checked into the hotel it was ok, near downtown and several restaurants and the casinos. Breakfast was the normal Holiday Inn affair. eggs, bacon, etc. The rooms were fine and staff did welcome us with water and treat....

Over booked Things started out ok for about two minutes. Then we found out that fire fighters were on the property. No fires near here but they needed rooms. Ok that is cool however they did not nee a king assessable room. Gave us a two queen high tub non grab bar to at least one SIDE of the toilet room. The hotel is really dated. Toilets are low. Back of bath room door has big gouges on bottom of door., to cheap to replace the door. Casino bath rooms great, cripples bathroom door bad. Will never come here again. Lots of floor noise above us. Room 119, do not use if your a light sleeper
