Great value for the price _ Everyone was really accommodating. Especially the housekeeping staff. And the room was very clean and in order. There's an ice machine and even a washer and dryer to do a load of laundry. The gazebo is great to get out of the sun. My dog loves the grass. Very well maintained property. I will definitely come again. You cannot beat the value for the price!

Stayed for work Excellent and they have smoking rooms. Been staying here a year now no problems ask for what you need and you will get it never had any issues or complaints. They had the best weekly rates in town not far fro Houston, Galveston, Beaumont, or the home of PIMP C IYKYK!!

Terrible experience, beware of deterioration We have stayed here before and found it quite decent. This trip was unfortunately very different, evidently under new ownership. The A/c worked poorly, when it worked at all, the room was musty and smelled bad. The cold water in the sink barely flowed. The pillows were small little pellets. The floors were sticky. My wife spent part of the second night in the car. We paid for four nights but after two, we just left.

#4 is spectacular Trying to save money and it's getting harder by the day. I called ahead and asked for 1st floor. "I'll try," meaning "No way, Jose." First floor is long term construction workers with HD pickup trucks. Parking is scary if you have a nice car. The workers are respectful. I tried parking within yellow angled lines surrounding the grass area in the center of the property. A worker told me the trucks would park there later. I pointed to the yellow lines so he shrugged and went on. I went back to the scary area wondering how an 18- wheeler could even get in there. Next morning, no 18-wheelers. Just cars and SUV's parked parallel to the curb. Upon arrival the first thing you see in the room is nothing. No padded chairs, no drawers. Hard wooden chairs and table appear to be from a diner that went out of business. The light that should be over the bathroom mirror is actually in the ceiling behind you. For all practical purposes, your face is in the dark. Trying to put in a contact lens, I dropped it. The counter is speckled and in the dark so no chance of finding it, as badly as I wanted to. I have spares but they aren't cheap. If you're familiar with DirecTV there are large gaps in the guide. No local stations, no networks at all. Eventually it froze on a 24 hour commercial. Message came up "Call the desk clerk." I would but there's no phone. Next day Manager (#1) said he looked and TV was OK now. I told him it wasn't. Improved, not OK. He then demonstrated the remote to me, "ON OFF ON OFF." Yeah, I have DirecTV (probably longer than he's been in the USA), it's not right. Then Tiny Clerk (#2) went into a side conversation in another language with him. #1 apparently didn't see dirty towels since they were never moved or replaced. The day of our departure our key cards strangely died after we went to breakfast. I caught Nice Maid (#3) who let us back in. Later on I left some money for #3 before we drove off but I saw #1 going in the rooms. I tried to find #3 so she could claim her money. Then to my great surprise the Next Miss Universe (#4) heard me and stepped into the daylight. I asked her to relay the message and admired her million dollar smile. If I come here again, I will just be trying to get #4's autograph, we're not staying overnight.
