Not 4.5 star rating worthy Bathroom vanity light is out but maintenace is gone for the day so-no fixing it tonight… a 2 room suite with pillows only in the bedroom. Too bad for extra suite guest because hotel is out of pillows. Staff tried to help but when they dont have the resources to help they cant. Marriott corp shame on you for failing your staff and guests. Avoid this hotel … do not recomend.

Great location to the sport complex Upon entering hotel, everything was good. We were on the 5th floor, we had 2 rooms, a king and a double. Both rooms were clean upon entering. Check in was good even though John at the front desk told me that my reservations were cancelled, he recheck and apologized. I had checked in hours prior via my phone. I booked here because of Tanya, when she answered the phone, very nice and polite, and was willing to help with whatever I needed. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to meet her while I was there. The only issue we had was, they ran out of towels and wash clothes. The hotel was very busy with a sports event going on and we had to get hand towels for wash clothes and we apparently got the last 2 pillows for our sleeper sofa because none was in the room for it. Over all our 3 night stay was good.

Great Pick! With so many hotels to choose from in the area we are so glad we chose THIS property. Our first hotel stay after Covid (19 mths). Clean and very welcoming. Ayanna and John were fantastic. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and I was able to take a walk everyday. The hotel lobby was a great place to lounge, have tea and chat. The plants were beautiful and very well cared for. This hotel was clean and in a great location. I will stay here again. Highly recommended.

Party in lobby upon arrival Was VERY surprised at the party in the lobby when I arrived. More than 2 dozen adults, NO MASKS, loud talking and drinking with open containers. Front desk clerk said NC had opened back up. I understand that and I avoid restaurants and bars because I don't want to be exposed to a lot of people not wearing masks. I would have avoided this hotel had I known that a party would be going on in the lobby and I would be exposed to so many maskless people. Just because you CAN allow a party in the lobby doesn't mean you SHOULD. Management should really think about the big picture. Loud talking, drinking and no mask wearing is expected in bars, but not in a hotel lobby when guests who are still trying very hard to stay safe are checking in and can't avoid the lobby.
