I’d pass on this hotel I stayed for four nights. It was ok. Luckily I had a coupon code so it was cheaper because it’s not worth the regular price. I stayed in the condos. They were very loud. They have two tvs in the room that are so close that the remote reaches both so if you’re in bed and turn off the one it turns on the other as well. No ideal. Also the condos have a second door that locks both condos and I came back one night and it was locked so I had to go all the way to registration to ask them to call the other tenants to unlock. Also not ideal. The food was ehhh. The gift shop was nice. Didn’t use the water amenities as they looked dirty. Lastly the price of parking is ridiculous at 19.00 per night.

Avoid at all costs DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GROUPON DEALS! If you have ANY issues whatsoever, you’ll be given the runaround and told it’s not their problem by both the hotel and Groupon. My daughter got sick and we wanted to still keep one night of the reservation, not both, because she was almost feeling better. They would not honor ANY of our reservation if we did not check in on the first night. So we paid all of this money for NOTHING! We went back and forth with Groupon and the hotel and no one would help us. We paid all of this money for absolutely nothing. We will NEVER AGAIN purchase anything from Groupon nor will we stay at Great Wolf. They are happy to take your money and not fulfill any service. It’s a scam.

Won't Stay Again We have stayed many times in the past and have always had an excellent experience. It has been a few years and we decided to come back. We were disappointed unfortunately. While we didn't have any major incidents, Great Wolf Lodge has gone downhill on many fronts. We did not realize that they now offer day passes to non-staying guests. The fact that they kept it inclusive to overnight guests only was one of the reasons we decided to return. Keeping it for overnight guests only kept it less crowded and cleaner in our opinion. It was way too crowded for our liking and there was food on the floors of the waterpark, which I never one time saw anyone clean it up. Sad. The room itself was clean which was nice. The staff at the front desk were very inconsistent upon check-in. While I heard one employee give many details about the stay, the employee who checked us in gave very little details. Many things I would have not known had I not heard the other employee telling another guest. And lastly, was VERY disappointed that Great Wolf Lodge now charges overnight guests $19/night to park in the lot. This was not a thing in the past. I can understand charging "day pass" guests, but charging overnight guests that already pay almost $400/night is ridiculous! Unfortunately with these points, this will be our last time staying at Great Wolf Lodge. We will seek other options in the future.

Great for kids, patents prepare yourselves The Good: -The waterpark was perfect for my 2 and 4 year old kids -They loved the extra special kid events - the dance party and the show at the clock tower especially -Every staff member that interacted with my kids was wonderful -The lifeguards at the pools were incredibly attentive which I appreciate The Bad -Rooms could definitely use an update. Even with the air on, our room felt muggy. Not awful, and an ok trade for the fun that our kids had. -On our last day we left the room around 8:30. We had taken 4 towels from the waterpark (you have to check them out, to ensure that they get returned). If you don’t return, you get a fee of $15/towel. The waterpark wasn’t yet open to return towels, so I text “Willow” who is like texting the concierge, to say that we had four towels that we left in our room, unable to return. They responded to say that we needed to bring them to the front desk or we would be charged. I responded to say I had already left, and got a response that said “then you’ll be charged.” I responded that I was frustrated but turning around because I didn’t want to be charged, and asked for a manager to call me so I could talk about my experience. So I turned around, returned to the hotel, stood in line at the front desk, which wasn’t moving. Eventually, it was 9 o’clock and I was still in line, so I headed to the pool to return my towels. Twenty minutes after I originally text Willow, and 10 minutes after the towels had been returned I got a text that said “we have notified aquatics that all towels have been returned.” Nice, except why couldn’t they have just done that in the first place instead of me adding another 20 minutes onto my two hour drive with kids in the car? Did the towel debacle ruin my trip? No, but it REALLY made me mad. It was unnecessary, asinine, and just poor service. TLDR: kid perspective = 5, adult perspective = 1
