Clean and Comfortable! This hotel is conveniently located just minutes from Lubbock proper, Texas Tech University and the medical district: TTU HSC, UMC and Covenant Hospital. It is clean and unless you sleep on the side that backs up to the LISD bus barn, exceptionally quiet. The rooms are spacious and offer a microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large and offered the strongest water pressure of any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. Hot water was fantastic!! Hotel offers meeting rooms, a business center, small gym, indoor pool and hot tub. There are sundries on site, although there is a Sonic and two gas station convenience stores across the street. FREE hot breakfast daily: eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy and homemade cinnamon rolls. I enjoyed this hotel so much, I extended my stay. Highly recommend!

NO AC!!!! Me and my kids were there for a weekend. Was promised points after the AC in the room was not working.. Told us it would be a few minutes to see if they can move us to a different room but had to stay in a room of 92 degrees until then. I understand how things work in a hotel but don’t promise something and not give them what was told!!! I will not stay at this location agin .

Expensive But Mediocre The rooms were adequate but the noise from other occupants was loud at all hours. The breakfast area was clean but some things like the pancake maker was not working. For the price we paid for two nights was nearly $360. Certainly not worth it.

Room filthy, shower dial fell off, TP holder off the wall, toilet seat attached with one bolt very dangerous for seniors Offered me 40% discount and said they couldn't show me the credit on site but it would be on my credit card within 7 to 10 days. Bottom line, I got a 14.5% refund and when I argued with local manager Kristin she denied that Jack stated I would get 40%, basically calling me a liar. Kristin and Jack are dishonest people. Steer clear of the this place.

Closest hotel to Grace Surgical Center A little off the beaten path but certainly worth the money. We were greeted by Isabelle who had also made our reservations. The room was large and had extra seating away from the TV with a nice wet bar. Breakfast was wonderful with many options
