OVERNIGHT STAY The hotel room itself was very clean and no issues. Enjoyed being able to do late night check in and the check out time was at 12pm. That was wonderful to be able to rest and not have to hurry. Only issue I have is you cannot lounge or even swim until 1pm when a lifeguard is on duty. Which seems silly to an older woman. Hotel staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast had an array of different foods for everyone to enjoy. Also, loved the fact the coffee machine made Lattes! Would have given 5 stars if I could have enjoyed the pool.

Stole our money Ran card without authorization while we were still inquiring about costs. Told us total price AFTER running card then refused us a refund when we didn’t want the room. Also refused us room key even though they ran our card. Continues to refuse refund or any kind of accommodation for their employees lack of professionalism and dishonesty.

Charged twice and justified Used points for first night and paid for second and was charged on my personal card and on my incidental card

Needs Updating The hotel is very clean. My complaints are worn out mattresses, not enough luggage carts, one ice maker for the whole 9 floor hotel. The furniture is very dated and not comfortable for lounging.

General Manager Got moved 3 times general manager was extremely rude and unprofessional screaming and saying I should just pack and go said I had an hour to go.
