Love this hotel! Love this hotel. We arrived late on a rainy night. There were 2 rooms left for which we were thankful. The person at the desk, Jeanette Davis was so friendly and helpful. We had a room in no time. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast next am was good and so convenient so we could get an early start. I left my kindle in the room and again Ms. Davis was helpful and made sure it came back to me. Would definitely stay there any time I am in the area...or try another Sleep Inn wherever I travel.

Disrespectful. I was lied to. I feel disrespected and lied to by the front desk. Im shocked at the depth of the greed demonstrated here. We booked three nights for an employee from Roanoke VA to spend four days working with us. On the third day, he started having heart problems. We got him back to the hotel at 2:38pm, and prepared to take him home. The front desk clerk refused to refund the $125 fee for the third night's stay. First, he told me that it was too late in the day. If we had asked for a refund by 2 or 2:15, he would have considered it. I asked why 20 minutes made such a big difference, especially since traffic in the area is truly unpredictable. He said he didn't have anyone who could clean the sheets because they stopped cleaning sheets at 3. I pointed out that it wasn't 2:45 yet. He then told me that there wasn't a staff member who could go to the room to get the sheets and clean it. I looked down the hall to see if my employee was able to get his bags backed ok...and there was the room steward, right in the hall, cleaning a room just a couple doors down from where my employee stayed. He could easily have asked her to clean the room and get the sheets to laundry. Additionally, two staff members were cleaning the front doors. Why couldn't they assist? I then asked to speak to a manager. He advised that no one could speak to the manager, that he would relay my request, and that the manager might decide to refund our money. This young man has already misrepresented staff activities and capabilities. I have no reason to believe he will relay a refund request. While the $125 may not have seem like very much, we have to watch costs very very closely, and it is just disrespectful to disregard the impact of health emergencies in the fave of a readily available solution.

Okay for the price but might be able to do better. However the place had a good location. Very basic place guess you get what you pay for. Day staff was friendly. Quite noisy at night not sure who they had staying there but many people looked a bit on the seedy side. Even had the police there. Breakfast okay sausage and eggs and the person in the morning running it was very nice along with the young lady at the desk in the afternoon.

Water pressure in the shower is almost non existant -- stay elsewhere The most recent reviews accurately describe this place -- not clean, impossible to shower because of low water pressure, and unsavory characters hanging around -- looks like a hooker hangout. If that's your taste and what you are looking for, be my guest. I was so dissatisfied at checkout that I asked to talk with the manager -- not on property -- or the maintenance person -- again, not on property. I'm waiting over 4 days now for a phone call from Mr. Acul Patel (manager) and that seems to be hopeless. I learned that cheap is not always better -- for $10 more don't shortchange yourself and stay elsewhere! You'll thank me if you do

Good price but… A renovated property literally right next to a Marriott which is more than twice the price. However, the housekeeper has missed some spots on the carpet and even on the wall in the bathroom. The rest of the room was fine. Bed and linens all good. The issue is unreasonably low water pressure. I would stay elsewhere next time bc there is a lot of choice in this area.
