Don't do it. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in while at a hotel. We are currently staying here and if it wasn't for work, I would have already ran. Had to go back up to the front desk 3 times to finally get my room key to work and wait in a line of 4+ people each time. Outside door nearest our entrance of course also doesn't work. Dirty and dated.

Never Again Heavily scented in the lobby, hallways and room. Very poor security on exterior doors. Either they were busted or you couldn't use your room card to get in. My key cards needed to be replaced because they stopped working. Ice machine was broken.

Nice and clean hotel Front desk is really friendly and the hot breakfast in the morning is good and tasty. I got impressed the way house keeping cleaning the room. Pool and hot tub is clean.

Spend your money elsewhere We stayed 3 nights over a long weekend while visiting family locally. We have stayed multiple times in the past, but not in that last 5 years, and will never return again. To say that our visit was disappointment would be an understatement. The hotel has not been maintained over the years and they don't have the resources available to keep it up to an expected standard. The bathroom door in our room was falling off the hinges and had to be lifted every time you wanted to close it. I asked to move rooms and was told due to the hotel being at capacity, we would not be able to do it that night, but to check back the next day. The next night after returning to the hotel our room was not serviced at all and there were live crickets in the bathroom and I stopped at the desk to request to change rooms and told once again that moving rooms was still not a possibility but was handed clean towels. The third day we returned and our room had not been serviced once again and now the party room adjacent to our room had been rented and music was was blasting at 10pm at full capacity with the doors open. FINALLY we were allowed to change rooms on our final night. With the hotel being at capacity, it was impossible to use the swimming pool/hot tub area as there were at least 100 people having a rambunctious birthday celebration in that area as well throughout the weekend all day and night. My 2 stars are for the beds being comfortable and the hot breakfast was done well. The worker who was servicing the breakfast area was also mowing the grass an hour later. So they were working their tails off. If I hadn't prepaid for my weekend, I would never have stayed. The experience was sheer chaos and substandard and definitely not the way I would have chosen to spend my money. I was given the general manger's business card to reach out directly with my concerns and was routed through a google voice phone number and left a message without any type of return response. Reviewing was the next best way to explain our experience with the hope that improvements can be made.

Do not recommend absolutely horrible, got into my hotel and checked under the bed and there was dog food and a lid to i don’t even know what, looked at my bed and there was grass on it and looked to be blood on the lamp, didn’t look to be clean, also the water smelt horrible, do not recommend!
